«As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. «The house is at the end of a narrow street and is surrounded by greenery and flowers making for a very pleasant outdoor space. Two spacious bedrooms and bath on first floor and kitchen, dining, living room, bedroom and bath on ground floor. Location is just north of the Cam River and an easy walk to punting boat tours which we all thoroughly enjoyed. «Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need ...

The bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen & living area were spacious. With the living area going straight onto the patio area to the pool with several areas to sit & relax. This property is superb.»

«We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this cottage. It was so thoughtfully decorated and was very comfortable. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to prepare food and was so well equipped. The location was fabulous and was an easy walk to the beach, the grocery store and the pub. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the beach hut or the back garden because of the weather but, the garden looked so pretty and peaceful. We’ve stayed in various cottages in the area, but Larner’s Lodge was by far the best bungalow. We had to stay in the Fisherman’s Return on our first night, so took a sneaky peak at the outside of Larner’s Lodge later that day. Situated down a private driveway, set in a very pleasant location. «The cottage is within a short walk of the sea, the beach is accessible via a steep path after approximately ten minutes. There is a bench to sit on and admire the view of the sea if you don’t fancy the steep path. The cottage itself was spacious, 3 nice bedrooms with the comfiest beds I’ve slept in for a long time.
