«The apartment was beautifully decorated and well furnished in a very nice neighborhood. The grounds were very nice. The location is within walking distance of a of many very good restaurants. The downtown and historic districts are only a few minutes car ride or about a 20 minute walk. We walked most of the time. The hosts, Michael and Hyacinth, were very helpful and attentive.»

«Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood within short walking distance to coffee houses, restaurants, shopping, trolley stops in historic downtown St. Augustine. This second floor apartment was very clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, with several seating areas, comfortable beds, large closets, washer/dryer... and quiet (we never heard our neighbors below). «This house was exactly what we needed for the group we had. It was a good configuration of bedrooms and enough bathrooms. The downstairs ping pong table kept the 3 kids/teens busy and the bikes were also a bonus for kids and adults. Easy walk to beautiful and uncrowded beach.»
