«Pros: The listing was very accurate. The view is amazing. The house is very clean and well stocked this things you need. «From the moment we walked out of the airport everything was amazing. The resort had transportation waiting for us. There was no real check-in like most resorts, the taxi driver walked us right to our villa and vacation began. «We SO enjoyed the view! We purchased groceries/wine at Moe’s, per the owner’s suggestion (spot on), and had such a relaxing time we didn’t leave for days! «Location is great! This is the 3rd property we’ve stayed in on STJ, and while it was definitely adequate for our getaway purposes in every way, it’s been our least favorite due to layout mostly. Wouldn’t recommend for family with young children; there are many stairs on this property and access to the pool is not easy.»

«Stayed four days at this beautiful property. Linda met us as we got off the ferry and guided us up to the property and pointed out stores etc. on the way. Due to a storm there was no power the first day, but Linda had bought water and ice bags and found flash light for us, so we were good. Linda was proactive in her communication making sure that we were having a great stay. Well equipped house, including beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers. Amazing views from the deck!»

«Was our second time staying at this property and it was amazing as expected. Convenient to everything in Coral Bay, relaxing, and we'll appointed. The property is starting to show signs of age/use and some reinvestment definitely needs to be made in terms of the living room furniture, closet doors that are broken, paint touch up, etc. Would still highly recommend this property but hope to see some improvements before we visit again in the future.»

«Casa Brisa Colina is on a hillside near Cruz Bay with views of Great Cruz Bay and Chocolate Hole. It’s not easy to locate, and Celia, the property manager, met us in town on our first day so we could follow her back to the villa. «What a lovely villa! The pics don't do it justice! The bedrooms and living room are much more spacious. The location in the community is perfect as far as privacy. The owners have thought of absolutely everything one might need. We even loved the beach compared to the few others we saw on the island.
