«We had such a wonderful time here with our family for the week. The pool and hot tub were great, the views were amazing. It was nice to have kayaks and a SUP as well. The house was a very short walk to Sapodilla (maybe 4 min with little kids), and we love that beach!! «Absolutely fabulous, the views, the privacy, the pool, and the villa itself. Everything was perfect, my only complaint was that nowhere on our reservation did we have the name Sunrise ridge, so it was hard to find. I would suggest you just include that, but 💯 loved it, recomend it, and we will be back!»

«This is our third time visiting Turks & Caicos and second time staying in a VRBO on Chalk Sound. The Villa on Chalk Sound was perfect. The back decks, pool, with access to the sound was amazing. «The best part of this unit is the pool area and the private beach access and beach chairs and umbrellas, as mentioned by other reviewers. No signage to the unit so hard to find initially.
