«The check in process was a bit complicated but the instructions were easy to follow. We did have a minor hiccup (nothing to do with the actual apartment) and the response from Steve the property manager was immediate and the solution found quickly. We were very pleased with the accommodations. And we met one of our “neighbors” who was very friendly and was able to guide us to good food and other helpful tips on the area. I’d definitely stay here again.»

«The property was clean. A little dated. The twin beds were very comfortable, the large double beds were not. The washing machine did not spin our clothes, there was a leak from the heater in the bathroom, and we had a tough time figuring out how to turn off the heat. All of our concerns went unanswered by management. We weren't there much, only to sleep, so we didn't make a huge fuss. Overall it was comfortable and clean, however I wouldn't stay here again.»

«Upon arrival, we could not find someone to get the keys from and no one was answering the phone. We did eventually get a call back and everything went well after. Be prepared to carry items through rain as you cannot drive up to doorfronts of all properties. Cabin itself was gorgeous!!! Lots of space for myself, hubby and our three teens. We woke each morning to beautiful low music from Bunratty Castle Garden which was over the fence next to our cottage. We walked to so many amazing places ...
