- Guest Bedroom 4/bunkroom - 4 twin beds (lower floor)
- 1 additional full bath (lower floor) & half-bath (main floor)

RULES
- Pets are permitted with disclosure and $400 pet fee
- No parties or excessive noise
- No outside guests unless disclosed and agreed upon with host
* If rules are not followed, guests may be asked to vacate without refund or be charged for extra fees

ESSENTIALS PROVIDED
Linen: 1 set of sheets, 2 sets of towels and washcloths per person
Bathroom: 1 toilet paper per bath, travel sized shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste
Kitchen: 1 garbage bag per can, paper towel, hand and dish soap, dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent.

PETS:
Two pets are permitted for an additional non-refundable fee of $400. Additional pets are $150 per pet. This fee does not cover unexpected damage to the home. Pets must be disclosed to host prior to arrival. Additional pets are an additional fee.
