«When we arrived we were greeted in a friendly manner. Everything was as described or as you can see in the pictures. We especially liked the large pool, the outdoor dining area, the simple furnishings and the proximity to the sea. If you had any questions, you immediately got a friendly answer from the owner. «Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ist mitsamt des Außenbereichs inklusive des Pools in einem äußerst sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Die Lage des Hauses empfanden wir als perfekt. Einerseits zentral und damit fußläufig alles zu erreichen und andererseits liegt das Haus direkt am Naturschutzgebiet. Die Gastgeberin Teresa ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!»

«Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec un couple d'amis. La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Tout se fait à pieds à 5 min du port de plaisance et 10 minutes de la plage et des commerces et des restaurants. Magnifique et grande piscine très appréciable avec cette chaleur. Climatisation très fonctionnelle. Aménagement de la maison conforme au descriptif, spacieuse et fonctionnelle . Très bon accueil de Bernard et Nicole. Nous y reviendrons surement.»

«Beautiful property as shown in pictures. JORDI was super easy to connect with. Neither the pool nor hot tub is heated, which probably isn’t an issue when the weather co-operates but made it unusable for us. Quiet neighborhood, you definitely need a car but it is very central for exploring the area. The beaches around this area are beautiful. I would recommend this property to anyone.»

The villa is stunning and set in a really quiet area of El Perello, but is only a few minutes’ walk to the stunning beach.
