«The property is centrally located on Commercial Street! If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs because it can be a little loud at night. I wasn’t bothered by the noise, but some may be. The apartment is so spacious and has everything you would need. There’s plenty of seating. The beds are comfortable. I have sensitive skin and the sheets are so soft! I will stay here every time I come to PTown if it’s available!»

«My bestie and i travel together a couple times a year and chose the Cape for this year's adventure. We chose this location because it was right on Cape Cod Bay, 15 mintes from Provincetown and central to many great beaches. The room was very clean with no sandy floors or musty smells. Shower sparkled, towels were clean, fluffy and absorbent and sheets were crisp and clean. Heat and A/C were needed (crazy weather) and both worked without issue. «Everything was perfect - the room was in very good condition, all supplies were furnished except bring your own food (towels, linens, kitchen utensils and dishes), and the wifi and TV worked fine. The location on the beach could not have been better. The only thing is that the pin pad keyless entry system was way too fussy and nearly always required 3 or more attempts to open the door (at least one other had this same comment).»

«Stayed prior to "the season" and found the place perfect. Clean, quiet, larger than the photos looked, right on the beach, balcony, close to P-Town if you want activity, restaurants, etc. helpful property manager, sufficient (basic) kitchen tools. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Off season pricing was amazing.»

«This is a tiny efficiency, not much extra space at all. It was just enough for my husband and I to have a getaway to the beach. The location was fantastic. Warning-bring any food you may want, there is little to no shopping nearby. Loved the beach and proximity to other spots. Highly recommend»

«The apartment is extremely well appointed; has everything you need to be away from home and comfortable. The only glitch was VRBO; this property was advertised on Expedia and linked to VRBO. VRBO did not send us the information packet prior to check-in so we didn't have the door code. Fortunately it is a condo and a board member stepped up to get us in touch with owner. Owner was very responsive! It was VRBO that dropped the ball.»

«The location of the Sandbars Inn was extremely convenient; just 10 minutes to down town Provincetown. The key-code pad lock was a really nice feature so we did not need to worry about losing or turning in keys. The room was a little smaller than expected, but clean and comfortable. I was impressed with amenities offered in the kitchen area (cookware, dish wear, silverware etc). The beds were comfortable, but the sheets/blankets were very thin so I would bring a few extra comfy blankets. I was ...

«My stay at this location was absolutely delightful. Enjoyed walks along Commercial Street with my dog, biking in the dunes, a rainy night in curled up with the dog and a book. It was the perfect fall getaway. Hope to return next year. 😃»

«My sister and I were met by Todd and we were shown room 3. Very nice and helpful. This is probably the room where the property pictures were taken and it is breathtaking. The direct beach access had plenty of seating as well as the 2 firepit areas. Will stay here again for sure.»

«This is a nice location, with clean rooms. There is a murphy bed, which honestly was very comfortable, and it was nice to be able to fold it away. The room was very spacious and clean, and it is definitely a benefit to have a mini kitchen in the room. The kitchen is fully equipped to be able to make breakfast (stove, pans, coffee machine, microwave). We stayed in May which for us was great as the whole place was quiet and relaxed»
