«This property has a great location. Easy walk to downtown Hyannis (lots of restaurants, bars, and shops) and to the shore. And easy to find. The neighborhood is very quiet. There are two suggestions for the property owners: First, it was cool over the weekend that we stayed and there were no blankets for the beds. We ended up going to Target to buy our own. Secondly, the bathrooms are super nice as they have been upgraded. However the suggestion is to turn up the water heater. Our showers were ...

Had informed Vacasa that we wouldn’t arrive in Falmouth until midnight 4/25 (as we picked up relatives at Logan Airport), but it hadn’t been forwarded: the sloping entry to the cottage was pitch-dark! In the morning we found garbage cans tipped over, & trash strewn all around the yard —the same thing happening the second night (both times we had to clean up a mess). We requested an hour’s leeway for departing 4/27, which was to have been relayed to local owner; ...

«This was our second time staying in Mashup Village. The house was cozy and clean. Had everything we needed for a few nights away at the beach. The house was less than a 5 minute walk to the which was great for our 2 boys.»

Our only challenge was communication - before our stay we got lots of email, VRBO and text messages, but they all seemed to be coming from different people. Six dining room chairs and five barstools means you can entertain many for dinner. Smart TV. Bowflex upstairs. Washer/dryer in basement stocked with laundry supplies. «The host was very helpful and friendly and got right back to me on questions. The space was small but very clean and had everything I needed as a single guest with one dog. The bed was quite comfortable too. As a woman traveling alone, my only issues were with the isolation of the area in the off-season (there were coyotes outside at night), and I would have liked to have had a more secure bolt lock and less see-through blinds.»

«This is a nice location, with clean rooms. There is a murphy bed, which honestly was very comfortable, and it was nice to be able to fold it away. The room was very spacious and clean, and it is definitely a benefit to have a mini kitchen in the room. The kitchen is fully equipped to be able to make breakfast (stove, pans, coffee machine, microwave). We stayed in May which for us was great as the whole place was quiet and relaxed»
