«Although we only stayed for one night, everything we could have needed was here. The place was clean and tidy and well equipped. We headed straight for the beach made super easy by the chairs and beach equipment provided! The beds were comfortable and the TV was easy to use. Check in and out was seamless! The host was easy to contact! Should we return to the space coast we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!»

«This was an excellent place for us to stay. Less than 5 minute walk from the beach, with all the necessities provided, chairs, umbrella, etc. Got to meet Stephanie and her husband personally on the beach while watching one of the launches from up the beach. I could only recommend that condiments(sugar, salt,pepper) be provided.»

«We absolutely loved our time here. Instructions were good and the parking was easy. The kitchen was beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable. The balcony is esquisite, and the wraparound the side is great when you want to be out there but need to escape from the sun. The location is excellent and we took advantage of the short walk to the Sandbar for cocktails more than once. We're ready to go back!»

«Perfect stay for late May!! Wonderfully updated equipped spacious 2bedroom 2bath condo on 4th floor! The building itself is not fancy but it absolutely has everything you need. Balcony overseas pool with wonderful views of beach & beach entrance! 8 ft deep pool was in nice shape to swim in. Very capable wash off stations to get sand off from beach. Walking distance to some restaurants- shops and downtown cocoa beach 3/4 mile to the south for that cute area. Atlantic Ave/A1A is busy divided road ...

«This condo was exactly what my family of 5 needed to relax and rest after the Disney parks. The KSC is a short drive away and the host gave us a list of local shops/restaurants nearby to enrich our experience. She even sent us a notification about a rocket launch and so thankful she did--was a highlight! Property clean and secure; perfect for families. Everything you need for the beach is available which made our beach day effortless! Would definitely stay here again...we even ran into someone ...

«It isn’t as new as some of the others, but this place is awesome! The property manager is onsite daily and easily reached, ready to help with ANYTHING! The area is the best, everything you could need in walking distance, and SAFE! The beach, breathtaking! My husband and I enjoyed mourning walks every day to watch the sunrise, and loved to watch it set over the city from the rooftop deck. Overall this place is amazing!! We can’t wait to come back! «Having the golf cart, beach umbrellas and chairs was the best! It wasn't too far to walk, but with the kids it was easier to keep track of them. There were also surfboards, boogie boards, and plenty of pool toys. We were able to see 2 Starlink night launches (which were amazing) and the NASA launch to the ISS. A trip the kids will never forget!»

"Loved the rooms, spacious and comfortable, the kids loved the pool, the staff was nice and charming. The breakfast was... Insanely bad. You will be fed, there were bread, jam and butter, and some warm options like oat porridge and scrambled eggs. But everything was served on/in disposable plastic - cups, trays, utencils. Then you throw everything in the trash when you're done. There was not a note describing the dishwasher is broken, if so I'd of course understand. From both an environmental and nutritional point of view I'm not impressed."

"ok hotel. looks a bit like a motel. There may be some distance to the rooms. Cleaning every three days. Possible to buy breakfast, good omelettes, but otherwise a narrow selection. Was somewhat thirsty but had to wait for waiter to get orange juice, possibly due to American tipping culture?"
