Excellent hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had a room with nice view to the canal, very quiet. The breakfast very good. The hotel restaurant Robertos is the best ever. Fantastic italian home made cooking. Will stay here again for sure

Fantastisk fin opplevelse på Hilton Amsterdam! Kjempegod frokost, hyggelig netjening og gode senger. Toppen av alt var likevel da vi fikk komme inn alene og besøke bryllupssuiten til John & Yoko, det var stort både for 15-åringen og meg 😊

Flott hotell.
Hotellet var veldig bra. Gode senger, store rom, deilig frokost med champagne. Betjeningen var i særklasse service-minded og hyggelige. Kanskje de beste vi har opplevd, -og vi har reist mye. Hotellet ligger i et stille strøk utenfor bykjernen, men i grei gangavstand til f.eks. museumsplassen og Vondelpark. Grei adkomst med trikk nær hotellet ned i byen og rundt omkring. Svært lønnsomt med dagsbilett hvis du skal mer enn en gang frem og tilbake. Vi hadde dessverre mye dårlig vær, men fikk med oss mye fint likevel. Amsterdam er en spennende og sjarmerende by.

Lastly, as you already mentioned, our hotel is located just outside the city centre in a quiet and residential area within walking distance to many famous sites, like the Museum quarter, Vondelpark and Concertgebouw. Please be informed that by taking tram 5 or 24 you can be in the city centre within 10 minutes. Despite the bad weather, we are happy to read you enjoyed Amsterdam. Flott hotell, nært trikken. ca 15-20 min med trikk til sentrum. Nær flott park område og Van Gogh museet. Veldig greit å ta taxi fra flyplassen til hotellet. Ca 35 euro.

flott hotell om du vil ha det rolig nattestid.
Flott hotell i et rolig område. Fantastisk flott frokost. Gode rom, rent, hyggelige ansatte. Minibaren hadde bra innhold, men er skrekkelig dyr. Hotellet har et flott trimrom, men det koster 19 euro per gang du er innom. Da anbefaler vi heller parken som legger 5 minutters gange fra hotellet. Tok buss 197 fra flyplassen, og byttet over til trikk nr. 16. Sjåførene snakker engelsk, og de er veldig serviceinnstilt. På vei tilbake til flyplassen, bestilte vi en taxi som vi forhåndsbestilt. Sjåføren var uhøflig, og kjørte meget stygt. Ikke å anbefale,

Excellent breakfast. Staff friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable beds and great shower. Perhaps some more decaf coffee in the room but was provided when asked. Lovely walk to Vondelpark and only short walk to the tram into the old part of Amaterdam

Overall the staff were very helpful except one member when I called before the stay to confirm the baby cot and was told it’s subject to availability. Called again the following morning and asked again and they confirmed it was ok. Could do with a couple more staff at breakfast but there was a good spread. Our room was noisy near the lifts which are loud at night. You’re just a little bit out of town but we wanted that for the quiet

Good hotel far from everything
Its hard to complain about the hotel itself. Friendly staff and nice rooms. But its a 5 star hotel and no bathrope or slippers. Breakfast is 30 eur and then they want 8 eur for a softboiled egg. And then the hotel is far from everything. Nothing is near. Supermarket and public transportation is min 10 min walk away. And it takes 30-40 to city center. So if i want to go back to amsterdam there is same class hotels in same price range, but closer to everything

Helena was superb & the epitome of the quality you would expect from the Hilton! Accommodations & Amenities were outstanding ... Breakfast was fantastic & delish! The staff was friendly & courteous. Will back in April & June of this year & will definitely stay @ the Hilton!

Staff on front desk was not pleasant and didn’t allow me to change my stay. I never had issues with changing of my reservation until now. I will not recommend to others to stay there.
