«Stayed two nights with my family (kids 8 and 11). Not top rating beacuse had a very noisy AC in our room. Had to turn if of on the second night, because it made to much noise and was blowing straight on me. Perfect beach, very nice area with good restaurants. Will come back, but then I will probably book a suite.»

«We had a very nice stay at the tiny house! (Keep in mind, it is tiny) But very comfortable!! An unique experience and the property was outstanding compared to all the other units in the vicinity. It had a nice spacious canal front deck, and kayaks with a launching deck. Complete mini kitchen and great coffee preps. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean and updated. Decorated nicely! Loved the loft! Great alternative to a hotel room. We would definitely stay at Matlacha Tiny ...

«As we arrived in Florida 2 days early for take-over of 'our' house on Sanibel we looked for a place to stay till we could move in and found Angler's Inn located in Matlacha which we knew from previous visits. This place is a gem! Charming and unique! Could not have made a better choice!: Jeanette, the owner, took good care of us! We had a nice visit while enjoying the fish jumping in the canal and the birds settling in the tree tops for the night. Our advice: Go see it for yourselves ...

«The location was amazing from the moment you walk in the doors and see the view out over the mangrove and water. Watching the birds come and go and Osprey building nests was wonderful as was the sunrise coming in those windows. Walk to the beach is short to see sunsets. Watching the pelicans is always entertaining as is shelling and grabbing food at the mucky duck. Thank you so much for making such a lovely clean place available.Hard to leave.»

«It was my first trip to the area. I had forgotten about the devastation Hurricane Ian had brought to the area. The renovated cottage is in great shape. Amazing views of the water - great when you've been working all day. Fast wi-fi, and everything I needed. It's on a road with some traffic, but I always pack ear plugs so that wasn't an issue. The host was great - easy to connect with and responsive!»

«Location was great. Over all the place was very nice. Still a lot of work needed from Ian, but that is external property. Inside needs some attention...Carpet curling, wall hooks and no prints - kind of ugly, TV and wifi were at odds. Barely had any access to local news. No national news. Elevator out. TV actually went out in living room. Kept saying channel corrupt and so I’d switch the limited channels available and after 3 minutes it would freeze or cut out with the same message. No dust pan»

«Our group was three women ages 55 to 84 and a 20 month old toddler. Mostly a very positive experience, but it would have been nice to have sliding glass door blinds or draperies for privacy in the living room, as it faced the main house. Also there were a lot of loose cords and cables in the living room which were enticing to a toddler. Except for the stairs which were difficult for the 84 year old and toddler, we would definitely consider returning here.»

«Where do we start your own private island oasis. We caught all the fish we could possibly want, including redfish, snook, sea, trout and sheepshead. we had the Dolphins feeding out of our hand great place and the host is excellent deal with! Great place with plenty of room.»

«Property was very clean. Great location close to Captiva and Sanibel. Bathroom was nice and clean. Only complaints: 1. Beach Parking Pass is ONLY for use on the property’s beach access. «It was everything we hoped for and more. We’ve never seen a home so stocked and ready to just come in and feel at home. Unfortunately I got sick on the trip and had to seek help from the fire department as to what the process would be to see a physician but other than that we consider the trip a huge blessing. «Right on the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels provided. Could easily walk to two restaurants. Perfect view for sunsets and wildlife viewing and stargazing. We stayed on upper floor which had great views. The porches could have used a simple curtain to create a little more privacy when you walked up and down the stairs. Expensive but we had a great experience. »
