Nice facilities and big comfortable room. The service is so so and the beach is not especially nice. Many things in the meny I not included in the all inclusive.

I do regret that you found the service not on par with your expectations. We do pay a lot of attention to the service training, and we take every feedback with an opportunity for improvement. In regard to the beach, it is important to note that December is the seaweed season and often the beach will be filled with seaweed that gets washed in by the tide.This is just a temporary phenomenon and part of mother nature's cycle. Our all-inclusive menus are generally with a wide variety of dining options and cuisines. We also have a wide range of varieties at the buffet every day too. from fresh sea food to vegetarian dishes and various types of meats and cuts, we have plenty to offer for every taste bud and dietary need. However, should you feel like the various options available throughout the 5 restaurants are not to your liking, our chefs are always at hand to cater something extra or different for you to enjoy.Once again, thank you for the feedback.kind regards,

Flott resort, god service, hyggelige folk
Bodde her 10 netter og er godt fornøyd. Stort, fint rom, men litt hard seng. Maten var god med bra utvalg og masse fersk og god oppskjært frukt til hvert måltid. På østsiden av Zanzibar merkes tidevannet godt, og deler a dagen er kysten tørrlagt nesten helt ut til revet. Et annet minus er tiggerne/selgerene som oppholder seg på stranda nedenfor resorter. De oppfører seg pent, men det blir litt slitsomt i lengden. Vi var godt fornøyd med oppholdet, traff masse hyggelige mennesker og kan anbefale stedet.

In regard to the mattress, I regret that you had not informed us of this since we could replace your mattress with a softer option. Indeed, the Chefs Team really put in a lot of effort in always presenting us with a sumptuous fare of cuisines and delicacies. all credit goes to their hard work and dedication. We have taken into account your comments about the beach vendors and together with the authorities we are working on a solution to positively impact the vendors and our Guests too. I completely understand that some guests do not enjoy the tide phenomena and prefer a high tide all the time. However, on this side of the island we experience periods of low and high tide. Uns hat es in der Anlage sehr gut gefallen, nur am Strand und der ja öffentlich ist hat man leider keine Ruhe. Sobald man aus der Hotelanlage den Strand betritt wird man von unzähligen Einheimischen bedrängt was zu kaufen. Also wer von schönen Spaziergängen am Strand träumt ist hier definitiv falsch.

It far exceeded our expectations! The staff are extremely friendly, always attentive and keen to fulfill every wish. The choice of food is extensive and local specialities are the cherry on top pof the cake. A lot of love and commitment is put into the events for the holidaymakers (dinner on the beach, dinner around the pool, music shows, sports activities and much more! It was an absolute dream holiday!

Gepflegte Unterkunft, sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Angestellte. Der Strandabschnitt ist wie beschrieben, wunderschön. Die Anlage ist ansprechend angelegt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Kulinarisch ebenfalls ein sehr gutes Angebot! Sich außerhalb der Anlage und des Strandabschnittes zu bewegen ist allerdings nicht ideal. Sehr viel Armut, aufdringliche Verkäufer etc.

For the most part, my experience was great. The only absolute disappointment was the gym. Very small, unsuitable for resort of this size. All inclusive option was also not so glamorous as all the restaurants were open only at certain times. For our entire stay, only one place was open for breakfast and two to three for dinner. But selection was good, although same or very similar every day.

A perfect stay for a few days. Food is delicious, lots of entertainment. Stuff is very welcoming. There were a few times when the order was forgotten and then the manager apologised for that.

Property was beautiful overall and the staff were very kind! They are very accommodating as well. they helped us with excursions, airport pick up/drop off, and have an amazing concierge. The food overall could have been better, but the Italian restaurant was amazing, It was more the buffet lunch and dinner that would've been better but overall similar to any other resort buffet.

Lækkert resort i smukke omgivelser
Et super lækkert hotel med en fantastisk beliggenhed i smukke omgivelser. Personalet er meget serviceorienteret. Der var en del småting (fuger, samlinger, et toilet ved poolen, der ikke sad fast i gulvet), der ikke var helt i top stand. Værelset var fint med en god udsigt, men madrassen var utrolig hård. Jeg ville på trods af diverse småting alligevel anbefale hotellet til andre 😊

Det var den bästa resorten med All inclusive ⭐️! Handgjorda drinkar som var underbart goda, tvärtemot plastmuggar och snabbt halvt färdigmixade blandningar. Tänka på att det är tidvattnet och att det försvinner tidvis men havet är tillbaka på eftermiddagen. Bra solstolar och vill man ha det extra bekvämt så finns det tjocka madrasser vid poolen. Bra och god service och vi rekommenderar alla de restauranger som måste bokas på plats. Maten är utmärkt med god kvalitet och vällagad, vi vet hur det var på det första boendet och kan därför jämföra. Maten och drinkarna gör mycket hur man upplever den totala känslan. 5 av 5 möjliga

Being in Zanzibar, a tropical paradise, we want to bring the taste of the Island in every sip. I am very happy that you enjoyed the experience. Yes, we experience low and high tides on a 6-hour cycle. The timing of the tides constantly changes on a daily basis, and we have a link in our BLUE app where you can easily see a whole week's schedule. I am glad that you were not bothered by the low tides and i do hope that you had an opportunity to explore the reef and have a stroll on the beach. I see that you were also able to experience the new cabanas on the garden near the main pool. I would have given 5 stars if check in was more smooth . Was given the wrong room and slow service to resolve it . Otherwise everyone and everything else is great . The food was excellent minus taste of asia was ok . Didn’t get to try the Italian restaurant. The main restaurant is excellent . The drinks and bartenders are superb . The facility is awesome and the beach area . Will be back again . The shisha was average but it’s so nice to have shisha on the beach . Shoutout to Aloyce, best bartender .
