As you have mentioned correctly, becides Standard single category which has 15 sq.m. size, we have other categories as well and guests may choose to choose another category upon arrival and availability of course. Room upgrade for a high season is not being provided I am afraid. Trust personel in the hotel is honest and there is no aim to lie to a guest of ours. I am very sorry that the personel could not deliver information in a proper way. Thank you once again for your feedback, we do appreciate it a lot.
