Very nice hotel
Very nice hotel. The rooms are not very spacious, but big enough. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the wifi was fast - with a modern design. We did not get to try the breakfast since the breakfast was running late (30 min) and we had to leave. Friendly staff.

The area was great, right in the centre but room had bare minimum. And there is no restaurant to order room service from. I couldn’t figure out tv remote and I really didn’t like shower situation, water got all over the floor. Sound proof was poor, I could hear people in the room next to me getting ready in the middle of the night like it was right next to me, it did wake me up. Overall it was just ok, for one night I was fine with it but a longer stay probably would not be good.

Probably the best long or short hotel deal in Yerevan. The property is across from a park and there are a number of great restaurant options on both sides of the street. There are also nearby grocery stores. And, the Holiday Inn Express Yerevan has the best staff in the city! They simply never disappoint.

Wonderful breakfast food and service, professional and helpful front desk staff, and convenient walking distances to most areas. If you are sensitive to noise you’ll need good earplugs to get the best rest since there’s not much soundproofing but otherwise a place I’d choose again!

The Holiday Inn Express is one of my favorite hotels in Yerevan. The management team, front desk staff, housekeepers, and dining staff are all top notch. This team has gone out of its way to assist me, during my time at the hotel. The property is located in one of the up and coming trendy areas in the city, located across from Diana Abgar Park. Along with in-house dining options, there are also several restaurants lining the streets on both sides of the park. The hotel is an easy walk to major tourist spots, such as Northern Avenue and Republic Square. Given the great value for money, this hotel is the perfect choice.
