I never stayed at this place. I checked-in with the access code and found another family living in this place. I called the owner and he said it was vrbo’s mistake and they double- booked me. So, I booked holiday inn for the same dates and stayed there. I called vrbo and Expedia, they had me in wait for 40 mins on line and said they will refund my money after getting confirmation from the owner , and I’m yet to get it, 2 days have gone since and I’m on vacation, so I will call them when I get back home. Please be careful booking places with vrbo or with private owners because the owner of this place had no concern for us, not even an apology from his side.

5 Star Cozy Cottage
This is our second booking to this cottage, and it did not disappoint! Beautiful view of greenery, quiet little spot - our little family of 3 fits perfectly. We are so happy our trip to Legoland was a great success.

Sweet lil tiny house
The tiny house was great! It was clean, well laid out for space, just roomy enough for our family of 4. Close to Legoland, about 12 minutes away. Communication and ease of access was super! Would stay here again.

My 1st Tiny Home Experience
I booked this property for me and my 2 kids for a weekend trip to Legoland. I’ve been obsessed with the idea of tiny homes. This was my chance lol. The kids were excited as well. We had a great experience. It was comfortable and quiet. I enjoyed drinking coffee out on the deck and watching a wild rabbit eat. We enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend. Since we have Legoland passes we will be back. Next time, we will try the container home and the boat house.

Great two week stay
My brother and I stayed at the tiny house for two weeks while we were in town for flight training at a nearby airfield. The stay was great, just perfect for two guys. Property was clean and quiet. Check-in was straight forward. The cottage was comfortable, exactly as the photos and listing show, and outfitted with everything we needed for our two week stay. Bathroom may be a bit small if you like counter space, and the addition of a toaster oven would be cool but absolutely no complaints. We really liked the loft beds and enjoyed the large secluded deck when we had free time. We had one minor issue when the breaker tripped in the kitchen area while cooking dinner, but the host/ owner was immediately responsive and got us back online in no time. I plan to stay again next time I’m in the area.

Differently Awesome!
So this is the first time we have stayed in a VRBO, we typically just stay in hotels when we are on vacation. This place was super cool and different! We truly enjoyed our time there and recommend anyone who is wanting to get a different experience compared to the regular hotel thing. The "Tiny House" was very clean and comfortable. Short of the pillows being completely flat and uncomfortable, lol, this place was worth every penny and we will definitely use these rental properties again while in town. Next time we will try to get the "The Boat House" or "The View House", which were the other 2 homes to rent on the property. Thank you very much for the great experience, we truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to.coming back one day soon!

Boys fishing trip
My son and his friend along with myself stayed at this property and had a great week. Nice location by the water easy access to several lakes near by. Next year if we come back to Florida fishing we will stay here again.

Booked easily through VRBO. Received message from owner with information and check-in instructions. All worked out as expected. Took stock of available appliances and other provided supplies, then stocked up on all we needed for our stay. Television streaming options were an unexpected surprise.

I took a chance on this “tiny house “ . It is tiny ! We were only using it to sleep basically, but I didn’t think I’d 2 daughters who bring 3 bags each for a 2 night stay! Bathroom is very tiny , no space for everything girls need . Also, the shower door seemed to leak even tho it was completely closed, causing a soaked floor outside the shower. They only had 3 towels on premises , no wash cloths. I called Pedro and he promptly showed up with additional towels and wash cloths. So if bathrooms for your trip are important, I would suggest against this accommodation. There was also no toaster . Hot plates and microwave only. This is suitable for a 1-2 night stay, but I would not stay for any longer than that. It was just like camping . Host was very hospitable.

Quaint & Cozy Cottage

Great place, great value!
I thoroughly enjoyed the stay here. It was a very well thought out and constructed tiny house. Considering it's size it felt rather spacious, and the layout made it easy to get around. I will certainly consider staying here again.

Very impressed with this place. So cute, great for the price too. However, the ladder system to go to bed or especially having to get up in the night isn't for our age......or people with light disabilities.

Cute Little Place, Super Close to Legoland
The space itself is adorable and comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit rough but it’s easy to get to everything you need close by.

Rachel, it’s a very safe neighborhood, in fact we lived at the property for 2 years before turning it into a full-time rental for guest. All our properties are well lit and have 24/7 outside surveillance for piece of mind for our guest. This property also has a privacy fence around the whole property.

Tiny House-Not bad for a vacation.
The tiny house worked out great. I have stayed at the same property, but in the normal house. For my trip it was perfect. A buddy stayed for 6 of the 10 days. Beds were comfy, AC kept the place super comfortable. Pedro answered all of my questions. Would recommend. Thanks again.

This tiny house was tastefully done and very comfortable. It was fun feeling like a kid again sleeping in the loft bed. Having the breeze come in off the lake was an added plus. Made for a very stress free evening.
