«We plannes to stay in NY for 11 days. Manhattan was expensive. The apartment in Bedstuy looked fine, but we had heard that the area was "sketchy" (lonely planet). «I felt very lucky to find this affordable room for my work/play trip to NYC. It is located super conveniently to three different train lines and a whole host of bars, bodegas, and restaurants which for a 9-day stay, was a great perk. I also appreciated having access to a full kitchen with supplies to save a little from eating out constantly. «This is a cozy property in a very rural setting. The host is extremely responsive and very thorough. It is quiet and private. The furniture and bed are very comfortable. The wood burning stove is a pellet stove which provides enough heat to take the edge off. The hot tub could comfortably fit 4 people. The Village of Cold Spring is less than 10 minutes away, as is the Interstate 84 bridge across the Hudson. If you want to make your own food, bring it. There is no grocery store nearby.»

La situation de l'appart est éloigné de New-York nécessité de prendre un bus pour se déplacer et rejoindre NY par contre proximité des ferries . Bergen est très calme c'est un peu la campagne c'est le New Jersey. Valentine est très disponible et prêt à rendre service.»

«The location was great however the description of the rental unit was off a bit. It looks like the description has been updated recrntly so it seems like it will be good for future stays. Overall decent stay- would recommend pest control as we noticed ants in the bedrooms. (No food was around). Great location- easy to commute to the city.»
