Very convenient and located in a prime part of the village with easy parking. Unfortunately, the mattress in my room was at end of life with a fair amount of bowing which made it uncomfortable, otherwise I had a very nice stay.

Centrally located in the village, with lots of shopping and dining options. Our room was spacious with lots of conveniences including a kitchenette. The staff were very helpful and accomidating.

Pros: Good sized room with balcony Pretty quiet, aside from drunk people singing outside at 2 am Kitchenette in room which was convenient for ordering in food Cons Outdated rooms Garage parking is awful, tight spaces and not true e-charging stations (they told me they had stations). They’re actually just dryer plugs so you have to bring your own portable charger with you and also hope the spaces rent all filled with cars that aren’t PHEV and just taking the space because the garage is full. WiFi sucks

What a lovely lodge in the heart of the village. It ticked all the boxes for a great night away. There is a bakery close by with the best French crepes. The Old Spaghetti Factory is in the same building. I would definitely recommend it!

The pool and hot tub were closed and we did not get informed and couldn't get a refund to move to another hotel. I asked to get credit for 2 of the 3 days and Jasmine would only give me a 1 night's free stay and when I recieved this it said I couldn't use it for weekends...

Impeccably clean and nice and quiet. Room was well maintained, had all the amenities including a dishwasher. Large tv and cozy beds. Thought the hotel pool and hot tub were being renovated, we were allowed to use the facility at their sister hotel across the street. Very pet friendly (the best our adult children say from any hotels they have brought their dog too. We have high exceptions when we stay somewhere and this hotel meet them all. Would absolutely go there again.

We stayed at the South West end of the property in a two double bed room. The room was a bit outdated. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. The mattress sunk in and the pillows were super flat. The bath tub had several large cracks in in. The pool was out of service. The front staff were not rude but not friendly either. We will probably not return back as I’d rather pay a little more and stay at a better hotel.

The Crystal is in the Village & within walking distance to everything. It was clean & quiet & has a lovely lobby to relax in & a gym. I was visiting by myself & I felt very safe.

We always stay at Crystal Lodge when we’re in Whistler. It is right in the main village where we have easy access to restaurants and shops.
