«This was a super cute little cabin with a small, functional kitchen. The door to the back deck was a little wonky but it opened to a nice deck and green space. I saw two deer one morning. The only thing missing was a mirror. It could be a small mirror placed next to the sink perhaps? It would have helped with getting ready for the day, before bed, or putting some medicine on my face. I would love to stay here again. »

«This is the vacation home you wish you had. Great location, extremely well appointed, cute, comfortable, quiet, I could go on. We had a lovely stay- from when you walk in the door you're on vacation. Beach-theme decor is coordinated throughout the house. Comfortable furniture and mattresses, plenty of linens, and a cozy gas fireplace for movie nights. The kitchen has everything you need, including 4 different coffee options (pour-over, french press, keurig, and traditional coffee pot) plenty of ...

«This place was incredible! From the deck you could see Swan Lake, the Olympics, the Salish Sea, Canada, and the San Juan Islands. There were tons of Eagles and Herons all over the place. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I recommend it for ANYONE!»

«We enjoyed the view of the sound. Hammock and window seat were restful and renewing. Sitting out on the deck with fire pit was mesmerizing. Appreciated the bottled water to offset sulfur tap water. Great place to relax, read and sleep.»

«We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay while on the island. I’m a frequent visitor to Whidbey, but usually stay with family. I wanted something close to them and this listing fit the bill. I’ve never stayed in such a well-appointed place. The house is modern, clean, and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. They thought of everything. The owner was responsive to one small issue about the Wi-Fi, too. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Green Door house.»

«What a great getaway house! It is well-appointed, and the kitchen has everything we need. It was great to be able to charge our vehicle at the house. The beach was amazing for long walks, and terrific mountain biking was close by. The house is exactly as presented in the VRBO description, and the owner was easily accessible. We will be back.»

«Very cute a-frame in pleasant neighborhood, home is totally private as it is surrounded by beautiful trees and shrubs. Home is very clean and well organized, lots of amenities and I loved that there was no tv though the boys grumbled a little at first (they ended the trip saying it was nice to not have the tv)! Super quick drive to Maxwelton beach. Host is very attentive and kind. Would highly recommend this property if you’re staying on Whidby!»
