«The property is as described, clean and great. I really enjoyed my stay. I like that the unit allows so much natural light in, and if you don’t want the natural light, there are different levels of shades by the windows. Great place to be.»

«First off, the location of my stay was incredible! Walking distance to shopping outlets, fast food, and even restaurants which was an amazing! From the booking, to checking in, and checking out, it was all a breeze, communication between the host and I was consistent, and no delay if there was any problems. Cleanliness of the property was decent, just normal wear and tear that you could except.»

«The property was nice, clean and close to downtown. I would say the negatives would be that it is located in a flight zone. We could hear the airplanes constantly, construction all around at this time. Noise from construction starts at 7. I wish there was a television in the bedrooms. The bed was very comfortable and Vince was very helpful when the internet wasn’t working.»

«I really, really liked this place. Communication with Brian, the property manager, was fantastic. The property is comfortable and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. And, it's adjacent to downtown Tempe and the freeway. Great property!»

«The apartment was nice, good location, bigger than expected, and the building has many amenities like gym, pool, grills, lounge that are very good. But the apartment was extremely dirty, all of it, kitchen, carpet, night table, closet, sheets, Flor, etc There was no toilet paper when I got there, one, one of the 2 towels was soaked, no shampoo or soap. I think is the worst experience that I've ever had staying at an apartment.»

«This was a nice property! The host was very communicative and responded to any questions we had. We were provided a guide which explained everything.»

«When we arrived the room smelled like smoke and there was water on the floor from the AC unit. It took a few days to get the AC unit fixed. The smoke smell was there through out our stay even though we had the windows open. I am guessing this was a smoking room when it was a Hilton Hotel. Otherwise, great location and a good property.»
