«Hotellet ligger kjempe fint til med en nydelig Strand. Basseng området er stort og fint for liten og stor. Skuffet over at det ikke er servering ved basseng området på et så dyrt hotell, tror det skal være det bare for få servitører? Må stå i lang kø for å få kjøpt noe ved pool baren. Det var også kun den «restauranten» åpen om kvelden som var mulig å få bord på, med samme meny som til lunsj. De andre var stengt eller booket for en uke framover. Everything was amazing except that we were pushed to upgrade our room for a partial ocean view because when we arrived at our hotel at 3:40 we were told “we’re not sure when it will be ready, we can’t make any promises but you can upgrade and get another room right now.” It’s not our fault that the cleaning services were late. «Staff are wonderful and kind. Property is beautiful and clean. Family friendly but not loud or obnoxious. There was construction happening while I was there but it was not an issue. Breakfast buffet probably the best I have ever had. I will be back. »

«This was a great place to stay in Maui for families. The washer and dryer were so very useful, the beach was beautiful, and we enjoyed the resort pool as well. Check in was easy; it is just like checking in at any other Westin.»

«Location and pool area are fantastic but the food at the pool bar is awful. The hotel needs updating too. The elevator and hallways smell old and musty. Our washing machine didn’t clean the clothes at all and the oven literally took 30mins to preheat. We had an ocean view but it was not direct and for what we paid for the room, I felt ocean view was false advertisement. You can’t see it from the living room. Bartenders and staff were fantastic though.»

«We absolutely loved this unit. After a 6 hour flight and several more hours waiting for bags, getting groceries and driving from the airport, we couldn’t have asked for a better condo. Traveling with a 7 month old and 10 year old is not always easy and as soon as we opened the door we felt right at home.
