Perfekt beliggenhet
Flott beliggenhet rett ved siden av jernbanen. Hyppig bussforbindelse til Harry Potter og bare 20 min med tog inn til London. Grei frokost og fine rom. 40 pund med Taxi til Luton flyplass.

Perfekt beliggenhet for Harry Potter Studio Tour
Flott, moderne hotell med hyggelig betjening. Stort, fint familierom, flott bad. Dobbeltsengen var helt ok, den doble sovesofaen var skikkelig vond å ligge i. Hyggelig, lys frokostsal, buffé med godt utvalg i kalde og varme retter. Hotellet ligger i umiddelbar nærhet til jernbanestasjonen, så vi hørte togene skrangle forbi både natt og dag. Et par minutters gange til shuttlebussen til Warner Bros. Studio, for dem som skal på Harry Potter studio tour. Ikke mye til nærområde, og ca et kvarters gange til sentrum med kjøpesenter og restauranter. Hotellet hadde wifi, men den var dårlig

Moderne og bra hotell ved togstasjonen i Watford, 10 mins gange til sentrum. Gode senger, bra faciliteter. Ypperlig wifi. TV med mange kanaler. Litt dårlig A/C - rommet ble varmt selv med A/C på. OK frokost

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good sized room, very comfortable bed. Excellent buffet breakfast. The car park is very small and the charge of £7 to park there is my only criticism

Close proximity to Watford Junction, ideal for WB Harry Potter. Fold-down sofa bed was not comfy. Would have preferred another bed moved in if possible. Otherwise ideal 👍👍

The area round the property has had some demolition work. It is boarded up and looks a mess. Obviously not the hotels fault but it was like this 2 years ago when we visited

When we first arrived we could not fault the place.. but we went for dinner on the last night at the hotel restaurant and waited over an hour for food then when it came it was cold and items were missing,was told didnt have certain items on that night yet saw another customer with the item. Then ordered desert and waited another 40 mins for the desert to arrive. With an autistic child and it being her birthday was really dissapointing. The room was really cold and no clear instructions on how to turn the heating up,only the air con instructions. The extra guest bed was very uncomfortable and hard. Dissapointing overall.

Great location for Warner Bros Studio Tour!
Great stay, perfect location for Warner Bros Studio Tour & overground into London. Staff were great especially Said who appeared to be at the front desk our whole stay! The room was spacious. The beds were a little small and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable with the mattress being about an inch thick. Also the bedding is really rustly - for a light sleeper like me this was very annoying although my partner didn't seemed bothered by it! Breakfast was great and parking was reasonable at £7 per night.

Bad aircon and bed bugs
Over night stay for a Harry Potter visit. We were put on 4th floor, can could hear the noise from train/tube station, once this stopped we noticed the aircon unit was very load when it kicked in, which was hourly! We couldn’t turn this off due to the switch on control been broken, so didn’t sleep as when it kicked in, noise was so loud. The next morning as we started to get ready, we saw a bed bug on the pillow of the sofa bed that had been set up! Then noticed another on the main bed pillow we had slept in! We couldn’t get out of the room fast enough. Staff were nice and when we raised the issues they gave a full refund, but this experience ruined our whole day, due to fact we couldn’t stop itching and just wanted to get home.

Clean and modern hotel. Staff friendly. Bed was pretty uncomfortable and breakfast was awful. I’m a bit of a coffee snob, but the coffee was particularly gross.
