Flott hotell
Veldig fint hotell med flott treningsstudio og basseng. Det stopper buss utenfor. Verdi for pengene. Det negative er selvsagt at man bor litt sentrumsfjernt. 10 minutt med buss til sentrum. Det er også dyrt å sjekke inn før tiden. Har hotellet ledig rom så bør de kunne slippe inn en gjest. Regent tar 200 zloty for dette og etter mitt syn er det negativt som trekker ned.

The Hotel is value for money. Very nice room. They got a nice trainigroom with swimmingpool. Lots of busses from outside the hotel. Because i flight i came earlier than incheck at 15:00. they demanded 200 zloty to check in earlier. they did not offer me to leave luggage. That part is very bad cuz as a torist you cant see Warszawa with your luggage. That part was not great. 200 zloty is quite expensive for a few hours earlier incheck.

Not worth the money. 3 star hotel at best
I would not recommend this hotel. Here's why. 1. This is not a five star hotel. At best, this would be a 3 star. The rooms are old, tech is outdated and the showers are poor/weak. 2. I would not call this a spa. The hotel has a very old gym, one tiny two person jacuzzi and a swimming pool. Although, we were not able to try the jacuzzi and swimming pool since it was closed until further notice (we got that message the day we arrived) 3. Service is poor. The front desk is not very serviceminded. When we asked if or when the pool was going to open, they said either "Maybe today or tomorrow" or a short "no". A fuse blew in our room during the night and the light around our bed kept blinking, so we had to change rooms. The front desk man was very unfriendly and we had to rush switching rooms because he had to get the keys from the old room back right away. 4. The whole surrounding was a construction place. We woke up to construction every day around 5:30 am. Horrible place to relax. Walking in the area was a joke due to all the construction and closed roads and places surrounding. 5. We didn't get a single "apology" or "sorry for the inconveniences" about the closed spa, malfunction in the room or the constant construction. They acted as if everything was perfect. We paid full price for everything. The only positive things was the massage. We both enjoyed that. And the breakfast was decent. We are now staying in a hotel half the price and its alot better!

Veldig bra hotell om du kan ofre litt beliggenhet
Et flott hotell som gir mye for pengene. Deilig spa-avdeling i underetasjen. Vi koste oss i boblebadet hver dag! Merk at dette hotellet ikke ligger i selve sentrum, men er likevel nærme nok til at det kun tar 10 minutters med buss eller taxi. Drosje er dessuten rimelig. Ingenting å si på rommet. Betjeningen var veldig vennlig.

Fantastisk bra!
Fantastisk service i resepsjon og på romservice. Jeg kan enkelt forestille meg at vi ikke var de mest eksemplariske gjestene under nyttårsfeiringen. Dette til tross, var det alltid hyggelig betjening og service. Vi fikk besvart de spørsmål vi ønsket til alle tider på døgnet og hjelp med taxi, bordreservasjoner og det som måtte være. Helt supert! Ligger rundt 10/15 min fra sentrum.

A bit far from the city
It was in a dissapointing area of the city, nothing much was to see in the closest 15 minutes of a taxi. But if u plan to stay in the hotel during your stay it looks nice from inside and most of the staff is very service friendly.

Great discovery to stay in Warsaw
I have been in many hotels in Warsaw during the last years. The last 2 times I stayed on this Hotel and I loved. Very comfortable, very nice staff (thanks Dawide)... The sauna and the swimming pool are great. Not at City center but not far away by taxi. Surely I will choose it again on my next visit to Warsaw.

Plus ce que c’était…
Checkin très frustrant car je n’ai pas eu la chambre réservée c’est la deuxième fois que cela arrive au Regent. Pas d’excuses, pas d’explications. Globalement l’hôtel n’est plus ce qu’il était, c’est très triste de voir que le très chic Hyatt Regency des années 2008-2011 n’existe plus que dans les souvenirs…

Excellent hôtel. Assez proche du centre ville, confortable et très propre. Personnel très sympathique et agréable Petit déjeuner très bien garni. Seul petit bémol la poubelle non vidée et des paignoirs non remplacés. Pour un 5 étoiles ce n'est pas top

Bad service. Slow response time, didn't get my email responded to for 3 weeks. Upon arrival I didn't get any help. Restaurant had 2 guests but took 1hour to get the first order of food. AC didn't work in 2 out of 3 rooms. Amazing gym and pool, that's basically it.
