Pidin tästä hotellista ja voin suositella muillekin. Monipuolinen aamiainen, henkilökunta todella palvelualtista, huoneet siistejä ja on hyvien kulkuyhteyksien päässä. Ainoa miinus oli meluisuus, joka vähän häiritsi etenkin nukkumaan mentäessä. Silti muihin hyviin puoliin nähden on hyvä hotelli.

Expensive for what it is . Car park charge rip off
The lady receptionist had attitude issue. She was talking to me like I've been at this hotel before and knew all about it. The car park is 80zł a night,which I find very expensive cause the hotel is not even in city center. 2 bottles of water in a room. No hot drinks. Basic

Szanowny Panie Krzysztofie, Dziękuję bardzo za poświęcenie czasu i pozostawinie swojej opini. Oczywiście porozmawiam z recepcjonistką na temat jej postawy, aby udzialała pełnych odpowiedzi i informacji. Parking kosztuje 40 pln za dobę nie 80 pln. Nie wiem skąd otrzymał Pan inforamcję o cenie 80 pln. Jesteśmy hotelem dwugwiazdkowym dlatego też nie posiadamy takich udogodniej w pokojach jak zestaw do kawy i herbaty w naszej sieci hotele o wyższym standardzie takie jak Mercure, Novotel, Sofitel. Zapraszam ponowie. Jarosław Figat Dyrektor Hotelu.

We are a two-star hotel, and the products you mentioned are equipped with five-star hotels of a much higher standard. The cosmetics are of good quality and so far none of the guests have commented on these products. I recommend booking a five-star hotel in the future. Regards, Jarek Figat General Manager

We stayed in the hotel for almost 2 weeks and like this place. It is very convenient for someone new to Warsaw: closer to bus routes, grocery store, parking is available for residents too. Building, outside area, cafe zone and corridors are clean and look nice. Room is simple but cozy. There was some issue with the sewer in the shower, but generally for this price and fully booked Warsaw right now it was not too bad. Staff is amazing! Especially Hania (housekeeper) and Zlata (cafe area). They made our staying in this hotel feels like home. Very friendly and hardworking ladies! Thank you and good luck to all hotel staff!

Tired but value for money
Nothing particularly wrong with the hotel, it’s just looking a little bit tired and the rooms are very basic. It’s a good base for me in Warsaw when in business so will continue to use it.
