«New property that is simply amazing. Very very quiet. Only 6 units. Our units kitchen was well equipped. Lots of space has each place is like a small apartment. Staff are always cleaning something, pool is cleaned everyday. There are about 6 restaurants with 1 km. There are two very friendly dogs on the premises,.neither of the dogs bark. They have a Tuk Tuk on premises to take you wherever you like for a fee. They also have a scooter for rent, 450php a day.»

«Bra upplevelse, bra område som har pool i närheten och stranden. Det finns kök och köksverktyg så vi kunde laga mat själva även riskokare och vattenkokare fungerade ej men vi hade löst på ett annat sätt. Vi kokade ris och vatten i kastrull istället. Lägenhetsägaren var trevliga och även deras manager så jag kan rekommendera att bo där om man vill bo på en lugnare område och prisvärt. »

Pillow cases and comforter has stains, dust are floating in the air once you turned on the AC, you can see dust in every corner of the kitchen. I think the owner of this property should give an emphasis to their housekeeping. »

«Great location close to the airport, 8 minutes max. The building and Room were excellent for the price, spacious living area and bathroom, hot shower, comfy bed, very clean, water dispenser and cooking facilities, cold aircon. Coupla minutes walk to 2 malls and eateries. Expedia stuffed up my Booking but the owner/ manager Rea resolved it in a few minutes, even upgraded our room, would definitely recommend and stay here again. »

«The room is a disappointment. The pungent smell of the drainage in the room near the kitchen greets you as you open the door. The general appearance of the unit is fair. Very used sofa and beddings. The masters bathroom is locked and not usable leaving us with 1 decent full bathroom and a dirty small bathroom in the maid's room which was counted as a 3rd room and is not livable. «The apartment is perfect. WIth everything you need for a short or lang stay. We stayed a month. The location is ideal for the beautifull beaches or to explore Bohol and the city of Tagbilaran. It is quiet and the staff is very nice and helpfull. If possible we will stay again.»
