Very friendly and helpful staff
Perfect location between the Rialto bridge and Piazzo San Marco. It's a little hassle to get to the hotel from the gate into Venice. Use a water taxi if you have a lot of luggage, the water bus over the Grand Canal if you don't have too much to carry, or the Rialto bridge if you travel light. The hotel is clean an well maintained. Super staff. Chiara in the reseption is very helpful. We had a great weekend at the hotel.

Location,location, location! About halfway in between Venice's biggest landmarks Rialto Bridge and St Mark square. Close to Gran Canal and all water transportation. Very clean. Breakfast is decent. Staff is attentive and very helpful. Other reviewers have pointed to the fact that beds are hard, and they are. I would recommend.

This was a great location and a beautiful hotel. By Venice standards this hotel room was very spacious. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Fantastic breakfast too!

Mattresses were very uncomfortable, Noisy water system in the walls making bubbling sounds at night . Breakfast was very good with great food and service. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful.

Location is outstanding and the room was very clean, functional and had everything we needed. The staff was excellent and very helpful and knowledgeable. All around a great experience and would definitely recommend.

We booked two rooms for us and our two daughters. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Cafes and restaurants are steps away from the hotel. Staff is lovely. They were always willing help. We will come back for sure.

The rooms are really small. The shower is smaller than what you get on a cruise ship. If you are a tall person you will have difficulty showering.

Very helpful, our flight was cancelled and we had no problem booking the extra night. A bottle of proseco was sent to our room which was extremely thoughtful. I highly recommend this hotelvand the staff, specially the one that always help us was superb!!

It really was only a 5 minute walk from Rialto bride and St Mark’s Square. Surrounded by restaurants and shops.Hotel staff were absolutely wonderful. Room and bathroom were both a bit “tired” looking but perfectly clean. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel. Made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Air conditioning is controlled by reception, which is not a good idea,think this needs to be addressed. All in all a lovely break in a beautiful place.

This is a beautiful, clean, and safe property with an excellent breakfast. We easily walked to all the sites. We were delighted to find such a treasure. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Venice.

Er had a pleasant stay. The location is easy to get to and the breakfast is everything and more than we needed. Unfortunately, we accidentally set the toaster on fire since we didn’t read that small bread rolls are not allowed in there. Maybe a better sign would be helpful or a different placement of the croissants and bread rolls that aren‘t allowed in there. The hotel staff recommended a restaurant that had a bad rating on google which was kinda weird, we haven’t tested it though.
