«The room was new and beautiful, the location is great! The only reason for a 4 is it was a little funky getting into the property. It’s all used by an app to unlock the doors. We had trouble getting in, so we called the phone number provided only to be challenged by the grumpy guy on the phone. Once we figured it all out the stay was great. »

«The owner, Mr. Geo Gambacorta and his son Marco are very kind and helpful. Check-in went very smoothly. + Proximity to Santa Chiara basilica, you can easily take the bus to go aroubd Umbria or to the train station + kitchen is great, you can cook your own meals, it has everything needed, including all kinds of dishes and cutlery + terrace!!!! Amazing views of Assisi + tv in the room, nice window blinds + fully equipped bathroom, hot water runs perfectly - cleanliness of my room (no 2) was ...
