«First I will start by saying that this is one of the worst hotel experiences I ever had. 1) Service: Our bad experience mainly due to the terrible service. The personal at the front desk was rude and in the restaurant although better did not speak good english. 2) Price: The hotel was way overpriced compared to what we received. 3: Rooms: The beach front rooms are nice per say, but for that price absolutely not worth it. «The room were big and clean. Nice bed and bathroom. They have a oceanview, but you are not allowed to meter the water. Stupide rule, AS it is possible. I did not like the food ANS drink. Especially the food was tastless and a boring. Grete that you got to borrow a bike (only until 18:00). Great gym, pool and garden. «Lo mejor estar en primera línea de playa sin la masificación de Playa del Carmen no de los grandes hoteles. También el buffet que era bueno en las tres comidas aunque se echa en tablas comida mexicana ( solo opción de dos noches a la semana. Muy amable el personal mejicano. «Mange fantastiske ansatte som gir oss reisende en god opplevelse. Spesielt må servitøren Angel i restauranten Bordeux nevnes, meget trivelig og kompetent. Ellers er området ganske slitent og har behov for en oppgradering. F.eks. er det veldig mange solsenger som er ødelagte.»
