Front deak staff were friendly and made sure i knew the amenities. Room is very clean and feels restful. Ida made my night though with her genuine smile and welcoming demeanor!

It was a great place to relax at the end of a busy day! The breakfast bar was great and easy to find what I liked. My son enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the fitness area!

Good hotel
I enjoy staying there but the cleaning crew needs to up their game. They were nasty kid finger prints on the mirror outside the bathroom and I found pubic hairs at the bottom of the toilet. Otherwise, all was good.

Manager entered my room while I was working and in a zoom meeting. They completely disregarded the do no disturb sign on my door due a previous guest leaving something plugged into the tv. I assume it was a fire stick or something, but no other explanation was given. The correct way to handle this would have been to call the room and confirm you can enter the space over something so unimportant.
