We were allocated a room on the ground floor (room no. 54), with a "balcony" surrounded by a huge fence. We felt like staying in the pool, as there were just a few meters from our "balcony" to the pool. The "balcony" itself was built inside some windows.I am sure the room next door is even worse, as its balcony is, so to say, directly in the pool area.
After all, we had a good stay, and our allocation might have been due to the fact that we were on a low rate. What surprised me more, was that the reception staff never greeted us when we passed by their desk. They never looked up, they never gave a smile. When I asked for a room change when we arrived, they replied they were "fully-booked", but that we were put on a list for a room change. That was never followed up upon.
