The location and surrounding business establishments were excellent. Only dislikes what room around the toilet was extremely narrow and I kept banging my knee on the door.

The staff and location here were both excellent. But the rooms and bathrooms are tiny. The so-called double room was NL bigger than a prison cell and the bathroom and tub/shower equally tiny. The photos on the website give a misleading impression of the room sizes. This caused extreme claustrophobia and inability to sleep, so we checked out early. Anyone of average European height will struggle here.

The rooms and bathroom are microscopic. The AC did not work and were unable to sleep. The “double” room is not even the size of a European single. The bathroom was so small that our knees literally touched the wall. Photographs on the website are misleadingly chosen to make the rooms appear normal size.

Great place to stay in the Tokyo area for a decent price. The rooms, like most in Tokyo, aren't very big and the bathrooms are very small for a typical Westerner (5'9 , 200 pound male). However the amenities included go beyond your standard hotel ( toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, to go towels, along with the standard toiletries). The real selling point is location, next to the ginza line (3 min walk) and the A line (1 min walk). The staff are very helpful and kind, they also speak some English but recommend having Google translate for more complex requests.

The single Twin Bed room is way too small for even 1 traveler staying more than 3 days. The room is tiny- I had 1505 - private, but no room for 1 large suitcase, a carryon, & a backpack. No closets, no iron, although they do offer trouser pressing services. Staff was friendly enough but not too welcoming. No lobby to speak of, & hardly any English spoken. I opted for the breakfast option but it’s Indian/Japanese fusion which I got sick of after three visits. There is a great breakfast spot called Eggs and Things with a Hawaiian flavor about a 6 minute walk away in a high-rise. Definitely recommended it if you’re looking for traditional American breakfast. In the end, I would not choose to stay at this APA Hotel again. There has to be better options and I only chose it because it was close to the finish of the marathon. About a 16 minute train ride
