Le jacuzzi fonctionnait tout seul alors qu’il était vide en plein milieu de la nuit Il n’y avait pas de service de maintenance Le gars de la réception a ouvert le jacuzzi et l’a laissé comme ça (partie technique) J’étais avec un bébé qui était dérangé du bruit SUPER FORT (bruit de moteur) qui s’activait d’un coup toutes les demies heures Ils nous ont proposé de dormir sans insérer la carte « électricité » donc sans airco, sans prises et sans lumière ! Ils m’ont menti comme quoi le manager sera là à 7h le lendemain mais il n’est jamais venu ! Ils m’ont donné sa carte pour que je l’appelle, le numéro était faux ?! Ils m’ont réveillé à 6h50 alors que nous étions avec les personnes de la réception à 2h du matin dans notre chambre à essayer d’éteindre le fichu jacuzzi !

Op zich goed, mooi hotel, heel mooi gelegen aan het strand. Erg nette en heel schone kamer met waterkoker en minibar. Mooi uitzicht op haven. Wel heel erg warm, airco kreeg het niet koel terwijl het buiten wel fris was. Lawaaioverlast van bouw ernaast. Ontbijt veel te duur. Parkeergarage op loopafstand.

Was a great experience staying here. Hotel is very opulent with amazing sea views though it is a bit remote, with the nearest public transit stops a twenty minute walk from the hotel. Restaurant has good options and affordable.

The whirpool has a light that blinks all night, we had to cover it up with a towel.(maybe there is a way to turn it off, but after 20 minutes of trying we gave up) Also the deposit is 150€(never seen it so high), but you get it back by check out(if you paid by card it takes 3-4 business days...). It is not allowed to bring your own alcohol and consume it there. Also that we needed to pay 40€ for 2 days parking space is so annoying. They have no own parking lot. For a 4 Star Hotel kinda customer unfriendly. Overall it was an awesome experience, we loved the view and the whirlpool. Very clean and nice staff

Alles in allem ein super Wellnesswochenende gehabt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Vorallem das Zimmer mit Sauna und Whirlpoolwanne hat uns gefallen. 500m entfernt direkt am Strand ist ein großes Parkhaus, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis fanden wir vollkommen ok.

Der check-in dauert recht lange, da wenig automatisiert ist. Deswegen ergeben sich von Zeit zu Zeit Wartezeiten an der Rezeption. Wem sein Auto lieb ist, sollte es auf jeden Fall im ca. 300m entfernten Parkhaus. Wichtig: vorher QR-Code in der Hotellobby scannen um einen vergünstigten Preis zu bekommen (20€/24h). Auf dem Parkplatz vor der Hotel könnte man auch parken, aber am nächsten Tag findet man aber ein kostenlos Sand-gestrahltes Auto vor. Die Lage ist fantastisch, da der Strand direkt vor der Tür ist. Generell ist es eher für einen ruhigen Urlaub gedacht, da der Trubel ca. 2,5km entfernt ist. Ist auch zu Fuß zu machen, macht nur nicht bei jedem Wetter Spaß. Upgrade zu einem Zimmer mit Sea view sehr empfehlenswert. Zwei Aufzüge sind vorhanden. Die würden auch ausreichen, wenn Personen ohne schweres Gepäck einfach mal die Treppe benutzen würden.

In der Unterkunft haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Zimmer & Poolbereich waren sauber. Der Check in ging bei uns sehr schnell, allerdings mussten wir vorher recht lange warten was aber daran lag das ein paar Gäste vor uns waren Da is Wartezeit vorprogrammiert & vollkommen in Ordnung. Ein Manko gibt es allerdings der Pool war so kalt das wir dort nur 10 min drin waren & dann raus gehen mussten da wir so gefroren haben. Mehrere Gäste die zur gleichen Zeit dort waren haben dies auch gesagt & haben es nicht lange dort ausgehalten.

Nur 2 Aufzüge für 12 Stockwerke zu haben ist zu wenig. Des Weiteren War die bettqualität auch nicht gut da die Betten auseinander gefallen sind wenn man ein 2 Bett Zimmer gebucht hat. Ansonsten war alles super !

Great new hotel, nicely designed and decorated rooms, amazing view of the sea and friendly staff. Some points for improvement: the area around the hotel is not fully finished yet and the brand of tea bags makes you feel like you're at work, just standard, not so much for tea lovers.

Excellent location, right by the harbour and the beach. Would not recommend the twin rooms. Very narrow beds and noise from the nonstop boat engines when sleeping with the windows open. King size room was much better, and thanks to the hotel for kindly switching us. Hotel is very new and in good condition. Spa area has generous opening hours and a great view. Parking only accessible outdoors. It’s not far but with wind and rain it could be quite unpleasant. Closest access to public transportation is a 10-15 minute walk. Plastic single use cups in the rooms should be replaced by reusable versions.

Zuerst muss man sagen, sehr nette Mitarbeiter habe Englisch gesprochen Dennoch konnte einer der Mitarbeiterin deutsch was super war. Zu dem Parkplätzen hat man 50 m ein Parkhaus kostet Maximum 27 € über geht’s nicht . Wir hatten eine Wellness Suite mit Blick auf die Stadt und Blick aufs Strand und Wasser. Bei Problemen oder Fragen hat man ein Telefon zum Beispiel wir hatten ein Problem mit der Sauna angerufen und eine Mitarbeiter Mitarbeiterin war in 2 Minuten da hat uns geholfen. Es war wirklich sehr, sehr schön. Auf der 13. Etage hat man einen Pool mit Sauna und duschen sehr sauber und auch sehr schöner Blick nach draußen. Alles im Ganzen war sehr schöne Zeit für Pärchen auch für Familien geeignet und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Sehr schönen Aufenthalt über Silvester im Hotel gehabt. Saubere und geräumig Zimmer. Sehr schöner Ausblick über den Hafen und die Stadt (Spa-Zimmer 10. Stock). Frühstück sehr gut. Parkmöglichkeiten anfangs etwas undurchsichtig, am besten das Parkhaus 100m vom Hotel entfernt benutzen (20€ pro Tag).
