velfungerende hotell, med store deilige rom. alt fungerte godt, maten/all inclusive var deilig. veldig stort hotell med lite personlighet. Bølgene er så store at det er vel sjeldent mulig å bade på den nærliggende stranden. bor der gjerne igjen.

Hotellet er veldig bra, god mat,god service.Det kunne hvert mer dansemusikk om kvelden. Noe høy musikk ved basenget (for mye bass). God beliggenhet til strand.

Hyggelig sted!
Vi kommer gjerne tilbake! Spennende øy. Nydelig landskap denne delen av øya. Stort og pent hotell, og alle ansatte var meget hyggelige. Kun kort spasertur ned til fin lavastrand, og tettsted med butikker og cafeer.

Gjennomsnittlig, lytt og kjedelig mat
Veldig lytt, mye støy fra trafikk. Slitt men rent. Maten smakte stort sett det samme og dårlig utvalg. Da vi ankomm sent på kvelden var det kun sengetøy til to personer, vi var to voksne og to barn. En nattevakt låste oss inn på et annet rom og vi måtte ta av sengetøyet og re opp på eget rom. Klokken 04.45 samme natt ringte telefonen og det var vekking, som vi ikke hadde bestilt ! TV virket ikke og det vi måtte be om et nytt fire ganger før vi fikk orden på det, det tok to dager! Lukt i gangene når det blåser, kloakk. Betalte 20 euro for wifi, denne virket kun på gangen utenfor rommet eller i lobbyen. Når man tappet ut av badekaret kom vannet opp av sluket og badet ble fylt av vann... Vannsklien ved bassenget var under restaurering og vannet var kalt. Fin beliggenhet i forhold til stranden og shopping...

ALL INCLUSIVE - Fint hotel
Hotellet er fint og har fine rom. Det var en overraskelse at hotellet hadde gått over til "all inclusive" konseptet. Dette medførte at det, for oss som ikke hadde dette konseptet, var meget vanskelig å få betjening i bar og restaurant. En stor skuffelse i forhold til forrige gang vi bodde der. Frokost var meget bra. Kan anbefale hotellet for "all inclusive" besøkende.

Grønn oase
I tillegg til store rom og rikt utstyrte bad, er det imponerende hvordan hotellet har utviklet en trivelig park som omslutter de to bassengområdene med utsikt til Teide mot øst, havet og La Gomera mot vest. Ned mot stranda og bysentrum finner du en fin gangvei med planter, blomster og sommerfugler. Stranda, Playa La Arena, er ikke barnevennlig og tilbyr røffe bølger. Stranda blir ofte stengt av badevaktene. Innvendige er hotellet på samme måte preget av grønne planter i de luftige fellesarealene. Frokostbuffet er svært innholdsrik og holder høy standard. Grundig daglig rengjøring av rommene. Servicen i resepsjonen sto dessverre ikke i stil med resten. Gratis parkering rett utenfor hotellet.

The staff, hotel and facilities were terrific. We had a great holiday with tasty and varied food, including vegetarian. The pools were heated and everything was clean and fresh. The staff were personable and always went out of their way to help us with specific requests.

Très bel hôtel, spacieux, moderne et bien décoré. Personnel très agréable. Nourriture variée et de bonne qualité. Un séjour très agréable en somme. Le seul point perfectible concerne l'isolation phonique entre les chambres, où il vaut mieux tomber sur des voisins respectueux. Mais nous y avons passé un excellent séjour !

Das Hotel hat mittlerweile die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Die Zimmer sind soweit in Ordnung und nicht schrecklich aber mittlerweile ist hier Sanierungsstau. Die Duschtür ist mit einer Schraube befestigt und mir mehrfach entgegen gekommen. Das Mobiliar hat Gebrauchsspuren. Darüberhinaus sind beim Essen an zwei Tagen Mäuse über die Terrasse bzw. sogar über Tische gelaufen. Ansich ist das Hotel im Preis-Leistung soweit in Ordnung allerdings hat es die besten Tage hinter sich. Ebenso werden wir in vielen Hotels die eigenen Regeln nicht umgesetzt. Tanktop bei Männern beim Abendessen, Liegen reservieren etc. Da wir die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren, war das Hotel vollkommen ausreichend für uns und auch von der Lage perfekt. Reinen Badeurlaub halte ich aber auch für schwierig dort,

This resort was all that it said it was. The facility itself was beautiful, the location was great for a relaxed vacation. The all inclusive “Platinum “ package is the best option with the two vip lounges and infinity pool . We would highly recommend Playa La Arena to everyone that asks for a great vacation spot!!!

Vriendelijk personeel! Service is uitstekend. Als er iets dan komt het personeel op terug. Voorbeeld was dat kleding van onze dochter per ongeluk door de schoonmaker is meegenomen in de vuile was. Deze werd nadat we hadden aangegeven dat we deze misten, werd het ook meteen weer in onze kamer achtergelaten. Je verveelt je niet in het hotel, animatie voor jong en oud! Gevarieerd eten. Kortom, heel fijn hotel die wel meer dan 4 sterren waard is. De omgeving van het hotel valt niet veel te doen. Je loopt langs de kust, wel met mooie uitzichten op de oceaan!

I really wanted to like this hotel. But when I had cash stolen out of my bag on hotel premises, the disappointing way they handled it was pathetic at best. -You have to pay for the use of a safe (what century are we in?) -When I asked about whether I could hold my luggage somewhere after checkout, the front desk person at the time sort of just shrugged over to the luggage room. She did not inform me there were lockers available. -The luggage holding area adjacent to the front desk is unsupervised, and the door unlocked, with anyone allowed to go in and out as they please without staff supervision. Very blasé. -I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming that the cash was taken out of the luggage room, but if it was stolen straight out of my actual room, that would be the biggest trust-breaker of all. In either case, this hotel has lost my faith and trust. It was my fault for not hiding the cash better and that I only noticed that it (and a Snorlax sticker I had, huhuhuhu) was gone when I had arrived at my next destination. When I called the hotel to inform them, all the person did was apologize profusely but said there was nothing they could do because I had already left the premises. That’s a bit of a sorry excuse, but OK. She didn’t give me any other options or suggestions, like filling out a police report. I didn’t ask what they would’ve done if I had still been onsite but I doubt it would’ve been anything useful.

The hotel management team has direct email to resolve any incidents of this nature. The safe service was not included in the type of room I booked as well as, it is considered an optional service on request of the customer because in our facilities every customer can feel completely safe with their personal belongings. The luggage room is controlled by cameras. And it has lockers that are located inside and visible to everyone. The hotel cannot be held responsible for valuables deposited by the guest. Of course, as I mentioned before, the room is controlled by cameras, which can be checked in case of a missing item. The way other hotels work cannot be used as a comparison. Indeed, once you left the facilities and without having received all this information in full, the person who answered youthe phone gave you the correct answer. Good hotel
Nice clean hotel with good amenities. The location is good for the beach and village as well as being secluded enough for a relaxing visit. Staff very friendly and food was good.

Erittäin tilava ja väljä hotelli ja myös huone oli kohtuullisen suurikokoinen. Huoneista on näköala joko merelle vuorten suuntaan tai merelle allasalueen yli. Asiallinen palvelu ja siistit paikat. Aamiaisvalikoima oli valtavan laaja, mutta ei erityisen laadukas. Allasalue on viihtyisä.

Disappointed
I was given a room on a side street that was noisy. There was no sun or view. I was told I'd only paid for standard room. There was nothing on the website to say that, this should be made clear on the website. I was not given an option to upgrade despite the hotel not being full. I had very noisy neighbours which was intimidating being on my own. Food was reasonable but tended to be overcooked.
