4 uker all inclusive.
Stor grei restaurant med flere matsjoner så det ble lite venting. Veldig god mat. Vi havnet rett i høstferien til England og Skotland siste halvdel av oktober. Det ble veldig mye støy over alt og alle bassengene var fylt med barn med store leker. Heldigvis var det basseng på taket kun for voksne og med to små basseng. Der var også et nudistområde. Beliggenheden er nærme busstopp og lokalt marked to ganger i uka. Ellers er det bratt bakke ned til sjøen hvor der er flott strandpromenade og masse restauranter. Ustabil wi-fi i fellesområdene.

La habitación estaba muy bien, al igual que el buffet, muy variado y para todos los gustos. Las piscinas bien pero en la principal era difícil conseguir tumbona. No me gustó entrar a las 4 de la tarde cuando mi entrada era a las 2 y las salidas deben ser a las 12. No entendí muy bien que pasó pero agradezco al alojamiento por el regalo de dos consumiciones y poder disfrutar de las instalaciones. Hotel muy animado, a 2 min del paseo y tiendas.

Le pedimos disculpas si no se le informó debidamente sobre esta acción.En cuanto a las bolsas de basura del baño y de la habitación en general, se retiran y reponen si es necesario en todas las habitaciones. En cuanto a las áreas piscina, contamos con 3 en la planta baja con amplias terrazas y tumbonas y otra en la azotea, también con una amplia terraza y tumbonas. Respecto a la ocupación de las hamacas, nuestra política estipula que está prohibido que se reserven. Aunque algunos huéspedes no respeten la normativa, nuestro personal de seguridad hace lo que está en su mano para evitar que esto suceda. Finalmente, estamos encantados de saber que, en general, todo estuvo a su gusto y su experiencia cumplió con sus expectativas.Esperamos volver a verles pronto. Evening entertainment provided at the outdoor pool bar. The stage was quite small, temperature quite chilly and most people resorted to wearing coats. On a previous stay entertainment took place in an indoor theatre facility which was far preferable.

Great fun - we had a blast there. I went with my son for 4 nights and the weather was of course fantastic. We pretty much spent all our time in the pool. Food was decent and the staff entertainment guys were great fun. Loved it!

For almost €200 our one-night room included a cockroach which reception were not at all surprised (or concerned) about, a balcony view of a public car park/abandoned trolleys, no sheets for the sofabed, no drink facilities. Breakfast was stressful as allergy information all wrong and no one available to help (e.g. products labelled vegan but also as containing milk). Room key stopped working part way through our stay. No parking available on-site, contrary to the booking page. We regret staying here.

We had lovely stay.Entertainment and activities for all age group. Near to the beach. Breakfast was good. Dinner was ok, limited options for vegetarians. It would have been good if there were few more vegetarian dishes ever day. and salads and veg food needs to arranged separately. Bedding were good had good sleep. We had road facing room which we felt was best. Hotel needs refurbishment. Easy access to public transport. over all very good stay will definitely go back.

Happy Holiday
We have been to Tenerife south many times and this hotel was by far the best experience. Our suite on the third floor was excellent with a big balcony and sun loungers and parasol. There is always something small that needs attention. We could not find the control switch for the AC for three days and it was annoying at night time trying to sleep.A booklet in the room explaining where everything is would be very helpful.

We were rather disappointed with the decor of hotel. Rather 1990s so in need of a refit. We upgraded to a suite & was somewhat saddened by its appearance. Whilst clean it was very dated. Our bath spa was only accessible via a 16 inch step. The bath was cracked aswell as creaking when you got in. Transiting after the high step were tiles which when wet were slippery. Not safe. The towel rail was at the back of bath via same route, so you could not reach towels from bath. Shower in bathroom was a retractable hose on edge of bath altho 'shower' was described in room details This hotel feels a need to charge extra for a safe in room manageress is restaurant needs to learn manners. Very curt lady. Starters & sweets in restaurant good & well presented but main course was very very school dinner ish. Breakfast good. General restaurant staff good & efficient. Reception staff good & friendly. Bar staff were good. Some entertainment was good too but others cheesy. Be prepared for kids running around wildly when acts on. All in all location was good room clean & some food was good. Drinks not too expensive. Dont think we would go again tho

Good hotel, terrible smell in my room
Good hotel and good food, but the smell in my room was terrible. I noticed the staff many times but nothing was done. This is the reason I give this hotel 6/10, and sadly I am not coming back because of this disgusting smell.
