Det perfekte barnehotellet
Fantastisk familiehotell. Maten og restaurantene får topp score, selv om det nesten er for mye av alt det gode å spise på. Kunne vært mer sunne alternativer istedenfor fast-food i restauranten/buffeen som er åpen hele dagen. Det aller meste er helt topp, men noen punkter som kunne vært bedre for vår del: mye støy på hele området fra aktiviteter og happenings som nærmest konstant pågår. Lyden var veldig høy (for å overdøve alle barna?) og for høy etter vår mening. Noen tilfeller hvor vi følte at vi var til bry ovenfor de som jobbet der. Sekken vår ble ryddet mens vi så på er show 50 meter unna og måtte bruke en time dagen etter på å få tak i den (de rydder bassengområdet 1900, men begynte allerede 1700 og følte oss litt i veien selv om bassenget stenger 1900..).

Fantastisk høstferie🌞
Vi hadde er veldig fint opphold på hotellet og det imponerte egentlig, showene er eksepsjonelt flotte. Skulle jeg sette fingeren på noe så skulle det vert satt ut kjøleskap med vannflasker for gjestene, samt at basseng områdene er såpeglatt og det skulle vert gjort noe med. Mangen som sklei og falt på flisene😢

Hyggelig personell og bra renhold. God og meget variert utvalg av mat og drikke. Litt bråkete i den store matsalen, men de hadde et alternativ som var stillere og et utealternativ. Mye opplegg for mindre barn og for familie med mindre barn. Underholdning av varierende art på kveldene. Flott sted med fire basseng for familem og et for de minste og en avdeling hvor det bare skulle være voksne.Ingen fin badestrand i nærheten. Langt til badeland på denne årstiden(jul). Veldig varierende taxipriser.

We enjoyed our stay. However, there was construction being done while we were there and a foul odor of sulfur coming from the construction. Most staff very friendly, but there were a couple who were rude. Need drink menu. Only permitted one show, had to pay for others. Only permitted one restaurant reservation per visit.

Everything was really great. The staff was amazing and very kind, the hotel is extremely clean and it's a heaven for kids. It has been a bid windy and water in the pools is a bit coldish, but beside this there is nothing to complain.

Un personnel dynamique et au service des vacanciers à tous les postes au sein d’un établissement dont le fonctionnement est bien huilé. Surveillance des bassins, respect des règles, propreté des chambres, service restauration, entretien des espaces verts et des piscines… tout est parfaitement organisé. Le bracelet à puce est très pratique au quotidien. Lieu idéal pour un séjour avec des enfants. Ce n’était pas notre cas, mais malgré tout, nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré une demande à la réservation qui n’avait pas été prise en compte. Mention spéciale pour les spectacles d’une très grande qualité.

We had a phenomenal time at the Fantasia on holiday with our 9-month old. The facilities were excellent, the food superb, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful and the room and hotel itself were wonderful. The hotel was very accessible for a family travelling with a baby. An increible experience on our first holiday as a family.

Fina rymliga rum, vi bodde i familjerum. Fint poolområde. Var på pilates en gång och även core pass, mycket bra. Även gymmet var bra, gott om maskiner. Vi åt på den italienska restaurangen en kväll och detta var väldigt bra. I övrigt är maten inte särskilt bra, vissa saker knappt ätbara. Hotellet bör utföra åtgärder för att minska ljudvolymen inne i bufferestaurangen. Olidligt att sitta härinne, värre än skolmatsal. Överlag nöjd med vistelsen men inte mer än så. Skulle inte kalla det för ett 5 stjärnigt hotell, kanske 4.

its a nice and big hotel, the room (junior suite) was very spacious, a lot bigger than expected. the bathroom is big as well with 2 sinks, toilet and shower. the tv is not a smart tv, which was a bit disappointing. i'd recommend bringing your own Google tv stick from home. the food in the main restaurant was of basic quality, the bread was often too hard to eat, a lot of buffet food was dry on top and didnt look fresh anymore. i expected better quality. the a la carte restaurants are to be booked with the application or via guest services, its best to book these when you arive otherwise you probably won't get a booking. the snack restaurant by the kids pool is open during the day with good snacks and drinks. a big negative point is the exterior around the pools, i noticed a lot of broken tiles and loose pieces, which can cause injuries and decorations around the pools could use some cleaning as well (rust stains, dirty floors,..) the staff is very friendly and communication in English went fluent, which surprised me a bit, although its obvious the hotel is focused on uk visitors

Good for children but not a luxury break
Very good entertainment for young children with lovely rooms and pools as well as play areas. My child also loved the shows (as well the a la carte restaurant, this is limited based on how many days you are staying). The let downs are the food, drink and overall service which are very average. There is no effort to impress you and as we had recently been to an Ikos resort this paled in comparison.

So from arrival we was waiting for the room even was 3 pm 45 min and none even offer a bottle of water or any sorry or whatsoever anyway big resort a lot of people let it go but then for the first 2 days none change towels in a premium family suite till we need to report it the same with mini bar was a parrently all include but none replace few small drinks after 2 days remaining to the reception and on top of that where was adults only we went there and plenty of kids noises and distracted areas where we are without kids and want to relax in peace ....we reported to the reception but no action sign say adults only but everyone pop in kids noises crying pretty sure we are not the only who complain. And 2 a la carte dinner are disaster seriously disaster on the main pad Thai I find 3 prawns and on the steak was a half tomato and that's it Jesus seriously a shame of this resort 5 star maybe in Tenerife but somewhere else 3 max plus I am a chef and where was a station to grill sea bass chef actually was not a chef I find later couldn't do the job he didn't know how to seal the skin cook fish and serve and a lot of people agree and left the quee so very very disappointed....last thing I went to reception in the day of check out I have been told to pay extra 45euro if I want to keep the room till 6 pm my flight was 9 pm so went to the room straight after breakfast to pick up card back to reception and the same girl Monica with other supervisor told me that is impossible to extend

Beautiful hotel in every aspect, from the reception area to the terraces, bars, restaurants, pool areas & the Junior Suite I stayed in was extremely spacious and comfortable. Only slight downside was my suite had an adjoining door to the next room & I was very aware of the guests in there as I could hear everything.

Overpriced chaos
Wayyy overpriced. Each room has a shared room door meaning you can hear your neighbours. Was left next too a crying baby for a week. Cleaners im the morning aggressively dragging furniture at 9am. Have to move out of the way of all working staff who will barge past you. Dance music none stop at all pools even overlaping with other music from different speakers.

Amazing!!
Our stay was beautiful. The staffs were very friendly and polite. All the amenities were clean and looked after. The food and drinks were good and yes the drinks don’t stop flowing. There’s always something to eat 24/7. So if you are a foodie or love your dessert and drinks, you won’t regret your stay. The swimming pools are amazing and if you want to stay fit while not using their gym, no problem because they have lovely foot path by the sea so you can explore and it’s safe. Our room overlooked the ocean and what a beautiful sight. So much activities to do especially for families. As a couple, we had so much fun. Exploring the resort and the city itself. Rented a car so it was easier but you don’t need to because there is so much to do in the resort. We felt so relaxed and refreshed at the end of our stay and sadly had to say bye for now but definitely will visit again.
