«We liked the location of this property on a quiet (off the main drag) street yet close to downtown Naples. The pool was terrific. Laundry on outside covered deck was helpful. «The pictures didn't do the property justice. The building was very nice - freshly painted and clean. The condo has 10 foot ceilings. All the TV's were hi-definition. Very fast wifi. The staff at the clubhouse were very good. We'd stay again.»

«We loved our stay at Villa Marco. The house is spacious and had everything we needed. With 4 BR and 2 1/2 Baths it was perfect. It had plenty of room for our family/friend vacation of 8 adults. The pool was amazing too! Close driving distance to everything. We are already checking our calendars for a return visit!»

«All new appliances. Very convenient to downtown and near the Botanical Gardens and pickleball courts. Pool and health club were well maintained. Minor issue with the fridge, which owner quickly resolved, and had maintenance there the next day to fix. I would definitely stay there again.»

«We arrived about a half hour early but the house was all ready. All the rooms were clean and neatly decorated. The huge kitchen could easily handle our large family. Everyone enjoyed the large pool. There was a bar with stools, an outside table with chairs and chaise lounges at poolside. In the listing says that there’s a SPA but we didn’t see it. The beds were very comfortable with four bedrooms on the 1st floor and two upstairs. There’s also a dock behind the house and a few fish were caught. ...

«The property was nice. The house is in an older developing neighborhood. There are 4 nice houses on the street. The other houses are old and trailer homes. We witnessed a drug deal across the street on an abandoned lot. Once the community is complete and updated hopefully it will be better with security. «This was our fifth year of snowbirding through VRBO and this property and location were the best ever. Everything was exactly as described and pictured and if anything, the photos did not do the property justice. The owner and onsite troubleshooter were extremely responsive on the couple of small issues that came up, exceeding our expectations. Family friendly stay
"This was our first stay at this hotel chain, we travel extensively so excited to try it. A bit further away from Marco Island and Naples than we anticipated but really comfortable and clean room, and huge bonus with the breakfast! Hotel seemed a bit understaffed - the sleeper couch lacked covers and pillows when going to bed, despite me indicating we were travelling with kids, and I had to wait 35 minutes to get covers which was not cool when kids are tired. But other than that, a good experience! Comfortable common areas and great bonus with a gym. Seems like a very family friendly chain. "
