Fornøyelig opphold.
Vi bodde der i 5 dager i juli 2018. Hotellet har et Svært servicevennlig personale, frokostbuffeen er innholdsrik og god. Bassengområdet er kjempefint. Med bruk av drosje tok det oss kun 10-12 minutter å komme til Frihetsplassen og gamlebyen. Wi-fi fungerte utmerket både på rommet og på hotellet for øvrig, til og med ved bassenget. Rommet hadde meget gode senger. Anbefaler dette hotellet.

Fint hotell, ikke sentralt
Hotellet i seg selv er bra men på ingen måte så sentralt som hotels.com skal ha det til. Gamlebyen og Freedom square er sentrum. Hotellet ligger like ved metroen og det er lett å komme seg rundt.

Fantastic stay, staff was knowledgeable and super helpful. Emails to arrange transport from train station were timely and informative. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. My only regret is that I don’t travel to Tbilisi more often. When I do I know where I will be staying.

It was the best stay in a hotel that I've ever had. The staff are extraordinarily well-trained, professional, accommodating, friendly, and speak English very well. The restaurant food and breakfast were amazing! Kudos to the waiters and chefs!!

It is well placed in the downtown part of the city. That helps to reach out to places of interest, including shopping locations. There is inconvenience by way of too heavy traffic around, and many places are not having zebra crossings, underground or overbridges. Otherwise good place to stay

Could have been better, bad service
2nd time staying in this hotel. Problem is always in the 2nd floor bar / lounge area. During both stays, I will get a beer and want a meal. I order a beer and the lady waitress will disappear. So after 45 minutes of beer sitting empty and not a single time getting asked if I need anything else or a meal, I go to the bar. I was going to ask if I could get another beer and a meal, without me saying a word, the lady prints my bill. Seriously? Is the intent to push people out of bar? So the only way is to go to my room and order room service to get another beer and the amazing club sandwitch. Young lady with several tattoos not only took my order, gave me a timeline of delivery, was super sweet and always smiling when she delivered my food and drink to my room. After meal even called my room to see how meal was and instructed me to put tray in hallway way when complete.

A complicated stay. In the end, they fixed everything that was a challenge (complete with a misleading reservation at hotels.com that they at first refused to honor but then did). In the end, the manager saved the day and made everything right. When the service is good, it is above and beyond. When it isn't, it really isn't. Mostly superficial complaints, but that is what staying at a hotel like this is supposed to prevent. In the end, it's good. But it's not always without hiccups.
