Hotellet var bra. Litt langt fra sentrum av Sydney. Tog til sentrum tok en halv time.

Okay. The rooms are clean and good. The negative is staff who said i had booked wrong and then found it 10 minutes later.. Internet and parking costs money. Would probably not stay there Again. Didnt feel the money for the night was worth it.

Checkin was self serve, which was fine as checking in was a breeze. The only staff we seen were in the kitchen area, no one on the floor area which I felt was poor. Our room was filthy, there was rubbish under the bed along with a pair of knickers, absolutely disgusting. Dinner from the kitchen was pre made pizzas which weren’t great. Outdoor area was awesome constant security driving around the area, which was great to see… convenience what probably the best part of the whole stay.

The staff very helpful and well mannered. I didn’t try the breakfast bar but the cafe bar and menu was convenient. Parking is extra; the first time I have ever had to pay for parking that is separate from accommodation. Also the carpark is some distance away so if you have a lot of luggage, it is not so convenient. I had to attend the nearby Macquarie University Hospital and otherwise I would never pay almost the almost $350 per night that I paid. If you can get a room much cheaper and an earlier booking, then the hotel has value. I was told that as the rooms become scarcer, the price increases. Something I have also never encountered before. So good value at $225- $250 per night but not for the amount I had to pay.

I have stayed at many Accor properties and this one is not up to standard. It is very tired and for the price I was disappointed with the state of our room - broken tiles, peeling laminate, dirty bathroom vents and more. The doors don't have soft closing and we were woken up several times during the night with doors slamming. For the price of over $200, I was expecting better facilities. The walk through the fire door from the car park was dirty!I travel to Sydney every week on business and will not choose to stay here again. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Close to hospital
The reception staff were lovely. I stayed two nights and didn’t receive any room cleaning I would have like garbage removed. It was a basic hotel near the hospital, but no pool etc which I thought made the price a bit steep.
