There is now a parking charge for hotel which was not transparent prior to booking and unusual for location outside of town centre.
Staff not empathetic when explaining this and no manager present on site.
Too many guests had children that were noisy in early morning in particular, out of control and allowed to go in sauna which seemed inappropriate..not monitored.
Very bad night sleeping due to heavy doors slamming, noisy neighbours talking loud in early hours.

Had a couple of issues whils staying with you. But i have to say they were dealt with quickly by your staff. Have given you 4 stars instead of 5 as there were housekeeping issues. Beeakfast was great. A good selection of hot and cold items. Room was spotless. All the staff we had the pleasure to meet were polite, friendly and helpful.
Would come back to you again.

Great Hotel
Hotel was lovely, we didn't get a chance to see the spa facilities but enjoyed a relaxing drink in the bar and then dinner in the evening which was lovely (albeit expensive). Hotel was very clean and to a high standard of presentation. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

While everything about this hotel is absolute perfection, and the breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, people must be aware this hotel is being used to home asylum seekers. Please read other reviews as I won’t go into detail - but it’s full of migrants. Whilst they are well behaved and offered no cause for concern overnight - it was a little unsettling due to security being on each floor.

This was my second stay at the Delta Hotels by Marriott in Swindon and I will definitely be going back again. The hotel is not too far from the M4, has plenty of free parking, friendly staff, good food (especially the breakfast where you are spoilt for choice) and excellent leisure facilities. There really isn't anything that I didn't like.

We felt very uneasy at our stay at Delta Hotel. There was security guards on the floors and entrance to hotel. I put a chair on the inside of the door. Check-in email stated 2pm but receptionist told us we had it wrong and had to wait until 3pm. No apology even though I showed her my booking email with 2pm on. Opened the bathroom door and the towel rail fell off the wall over the bath. Glad I wasn't having a soak when it happened. We struggled to get much sleep as there was a very noisy event on with loud music well after 11pm. Breakfast was ok.
