AMAZING stay!
My boyfriend and I had the best stay we ever could imagine at this oasis in the desert. Amazing area, superfriendly staff, and beautiful view of The dead sea and Isreal on the other side! We will be back:)

This is an amazing property. I love the adult pool and the restaurant Blu during the day and of course they have a fabulous beach on the Dead Sea itself. The helpful staff at the beach make sure you get the complete soak, mud, soak and salt scrub treatment - be sure to leave them a tip. At reception we were upgraded to a villa and the staff was so helpful, especially Ivan who seemed to be everywhere. The belly dancer is amazing and simply put gorgeous. This is my favorite hotel on the Dead Sea.

This property was just amazing, to be honest the staff who worked there made this property stand out and make my stay amazing. The property itself was beautiful and exceeded my expectation but what stood out the most was the staff , from the moment you get on the property all the staff are tentative to all the details of how to make your stay amazing , I can’t remember the name of the person who checked us in but he was amazing and I just want to say thank you to all the staff who helped make our stay amazing from the valet , doormen , cleaning staff and kind gentleman at the obelisk restaurant (yahya) who helped us have an amazing dinner and was very helpful with information about the property and things to do . I will definitely be coming back and recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a couples retreat or a family setting getaway , also my wife had an amazing time at the spa which made her very relaxed.

We received a 20 JOD voucher from expedia to use; we asked for it at check in, yet the receptionist told us to order whatever we want and then it will be refunded at check out. However, we discovered that ordering a shisha is not covered by the voucher at check out, and hence we paid for it and could not use the voucher. It went to waste.

Lovely hotel by the Dead Sea
Incredible service and fantastic team at this hotel. The breakfast buffet and restaurants for dinner are outstanding. The pools were great although one was shut while we stayed for repair. Condition of room was slightly ‘tired’ but this didn’t distract from our stay.

Aurait du être mieux !
Très bel établissement, bien placé pour des visites vers le nord du pays. Neuf piscines plus belles les unes que les autres ! Aménagement moyen en bord de mer pour les baignades en flotaison ! Repas excellent, vins très cher. Chambres immenses mais décoration assez froide. Plusieurs dysfonctionnement dans la notre 3212 (porte de la douche qui ne fermait pas bien et la lumière de l'armoire qui ne s'éteignait pas). En revanche nous avions demandé le dernier étage en réservant deux mois à l'avance et nous ne l'avons pas eu. La direction peu soucieuse de la satisfaction client a refusé une compensation du premier diner non pris à cause de l'annulation de notre vol aller Royal Jordanian. Pendant quatre des cinq nuits de notre séjour, il y avait un somptueux mariage. Nous avions été averti de la gène possible. Elle a été effective et on aurait pu s'attendre à un geste de la direction pour compenser (apéritif, cocktail, ...) mais rien. Dommage au prix du séjour !

We loved everything about this hotel. On arrival we were instantly made to feel welcome by the reception desk as well as the team who look after the panoramic/spa rooms where we stayed. Service was attentive but not intrusive, all areas spotless clean, restaurants good and pools relaxing. The spa was incredible as was the Dead Sea experience at the private beach. The view of the Dead Sea from the hotel and stunning sunsets topped the positive experience off. The resort is much bigger than we were anticipating but buggy’s are on hand to shuttle you around if needed.

An honest and fair review: I came on a Monday evening and stayed for 2 nights. The buffet dinner on Monday night was mediocre and the staff seemed to be a little off their game. I noticed a difference the following night on Tuesday, however. The second night had an excellent buffet and the staff seemed to be on point. I was told the Kempinski is the best property on the Dead Sea in Jordan. But honestly, the room itself was nothing special. The property grounds are beautiful and the pools are nice and private access to Dead Sea is a plus. But frankly, I thought the price I paid per night was over-inflated. It boasts itself as a 5 star hotel but it’s really a 4 in my opinion.
