Et fantastisk hotel som ligger rett ved døde havet. Både rommet og bade var stor og rydde. Hotellet hadde flere bade badebasseng. Service på hele hotellet er utmerket. Frokosten hadde stor utvalgt. 2 km unna hotellet ligger et stor kjøpe senter, hvor det finne en god del restauranter og andre butikker. Hotel er gratis parking. Hvis jeg skulle reiser tilbake til Jordan, dette er sted jeg kommer til oppholde. Jeg kan anbefale dette hotel.

Dyrt, dårlig service, sure ansatte.
Greit hotell med store, fine bassenganlegg og egen privat strand ved Dødehavet. Restaurantene var ikke spesielt bra og veldig dyre. Ca 400,- nok for en middagsbuffet for 1 person uten drikke ( ikke engang vann) inkludert. All bagasje og det du har handlet utenfor hotellet blir scannet før du får komme inn og det er ikke tillatt å ha med noe mat eller drikke kjøpt utenfor hotellet. Ble nektet å ta med en flaske kjøpevann og en coca cola. Drikkevarer kjøpt på hotellet, som da var eneste mulighet, var ekstremt dyrt. Alle ansatt var lite hggelige. Aldri noen smil, negative og lite serviceinnstilte.

Fint hotell med litt dyre priser
Hotellet var veldig fint, personallet hyggelig og behjelpsomt. Det negative var at prisene var litt høye på mat og drikke.

Bra for noen, dårlig for meg.
Pluss med hotellet, ligger rett ved dødehavet som er atig å bade i, wifi over hele hotellet, gratis minibar, fint hotell og med bra gym. Negative ting, DYRT, dvs mer enn norske priser, alt utenom hotellet er dødt og avsideliggenes, betjening snakker knapt engelsk, men tror de skjønner alt. Concierge tjenester hadde de, men var ubrukelig. Var der i midten av april, temperatur var bra, men var ikke noe liv på hotelle på kvelden. Nærmeste aktiviteter lå minst 30 min unna med bil.

Het hotel zelf was prima, schoon en het personeel zeer vriendelijk. De kamers zijn groot en schoon. De douche is wel in een heel smal bad, wat het een uitdaging maakt om niet om te vallen. Het hotel is zeer jonge familie gericht. Er is een zwembad voor kleine kinderen en een voor volwassenen. Dit maakt het een minder geschikt hotel om met tieners te komen. Het zembad voor volwassen was maar 1,5 diep wat vooral de zoon van 13 erg saai vond. Het gegil en geren van al die kleine kinderen vonden we allemaal erg vervelend. S avonds was er een band en een DJ en hing er buiten op het teras een zeer gezellige sfeer. De muziek ging to 00:30 door en was op de hotelkamers te horen. Het buffet, zowel ontbijt als avond was zeer uitgebreid en gevarieerd. Voor elk wat wils. Het was wel dringen bij de pannekoekbar, dit omdat er zo veel kinderen waren. Voor prikkelgevoelige mensen kun je beter de a la carte restaurant kiezen. Die is een stuk rustiger en minder eetzalerig. Checkin duurde lang doordat er een lange rij was. Check out ging snel en zonder problemen.

It seems that not much has been renovated in the hotel and it seems partly quite old, but at the same time very comfortable and clean. Friends and helpful staff, nice Beach and Pool area (even if some Parts were closed during our stay), great breakfast with wide range of food offered. We enjoyed our stay very much. Recommended to get a rental car as there is not much around the hotel.

My niece and I stayed at your hotel in July (19-23rd) for 5 nights and had a wonderful time, thanks mostly to the incredible hospitality of the staff. They are all attentive, helpful and kind but I would like to specifically mention the receptionist Mohammed and give our sincere thanks. Mohammed not only upgraded our room on arrival (the room I originally wanted but was not available at the time of my booking), but he also aided us with every query we had swiftly and efficiently. He also set up an in-house bespoke chauffeur service for us, with a wonderful driver Ibrahim whom he knew we would feel comfortable and safe with. Overall, our stay at Holiday Inn Resort was a very pleasant one, with Mohammed being the greatest help to us, and therefore deserving of much recognition and credit.

this resort has a serious towel problem, there was no towels at any of the pools at all time, and if there OMG they smell so bad :/ The room shower drain is not working which made kids showering dangerous and filthy.

Very dirty, grimy and noisy
The rooms— beddings, bathroom, wall were all stained and smelly, I don’t think staff changed the sheets even! Every single towel seems to have been used for decades and are all stained as well. Water of most pools, especially ones children are allowed in, are very very dirty too. Breakfast and dinner buffet was sub par and again like you’re eating in the middle of a playground with water puddles all over the floor. Only good thing was it’s private shoreline of Dead Sea, which all hotels along that main road has anyway! Would not recommend given the pricing!

Marah and Obaydah at the reception were supper helpful. They helped us check in we were about 12 guests. Walked us through the facilities and services. Marah was so patient and friendly throughout the process. Had a smile on her face the entire time. The staff throughout the resort were fantastic and supper friendly. Breakfast and dinner had variety of options definitely worth paying for it.

Very nice resort to experience the Dead Sea. The hotel was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was really good. The reception staff was very accommodative - they upgraded us when we requested for twin beds. The only inconvenience is that we were not allowed to have some McDonalds food and were forced to have it outside in the carpark (they scan your bags when you go in the hotel). Otherwise everything else was excellent.

The pools were not clean, it's not allowed to order any type of food on pool even French fries to kids, there was not a possibility to ask for late checkout, the bathroom has humidity smell , the towels are so old , I'll not recommend this hotel but the buffet was good for dinner and breakfast

Left a lot to be desired
The Holiday Inn left a lot to be desired. I rated it 2 stars only because it is on the Dead Sea. The worst was the musty smelling water in the bathroom sink. My hands stunk after washing. I had to wash my hands and brush my teeth w bottled water it was so bad. The bathroom has soap and shampoo bolted to the wall. There’s no face cloths and there’s a holder for an iron and ironing board in the closet but no iron or board. It struck me as a no frills economy hotel. There was a nice balcony but no handle on the outside; you had to leave the door open if you wanted to sit outside. A sign in the room said not to take the robes and slippers outside, that they were for the room only but there was no robe and no slippers. One of the pools was not available as they are doing construction. There’s nothing nearby so you are basically stuck eating the buffet dinner at the hotel. Although there were a lot of dishes, the food was mediocre. The chain lock on the door was broken, paint was chipped… The hotel needs a lot of maintenance. Summing it up, if you decide to stay at the Holiday Inn, don’t expect much.

Hotel ist ok, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Vor allem das Zimmer und Bad bräuchten eine Renovierung. Für den Zustand passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht. Zugang zum Toten Meer ist aber sehr praktisch und Buffet für Frühstück und Abendessen haben eine große Auswahl.

The best thing about this hotel is its private beach and access to the Dead Sea. The views are amazing. It also has a large swimming pool which is well maintained, with lots of beds and space around it. The facilities in the room feel dated. The hotel experience was average, certainly not what you might expect from a 5 star hotel.

Nice relaxing resort
Hotel staff were mainly good, with a few who just didn’t seem to care. Rooms are all a bit tired but functional. Pool areas are good and there is plenty of choice of areas. What would be good would be a quiet area as all areas were playing loud and annoying music on a loop which started to get very annoying. Dead Sea beach is good and sunset views from the bottom bar are beautiful.
