Flott opphold ved Dødehavet
Veldig bra hotell med grei standard . Dyrt å spise på hotellet da alt måtte kjøpes på hotellet og dette utnytter hotellet fult ut . Kvaliteten på maten er best på buffe restauranten . Den italienske ( Bachus) og roomservice vet ikke hva italiensk eller salater er . Hotellet er noe slitt . Tillkomsten til Dødehavet er bra da det går heiser i 3 etapper for å komme ned

Loved staying here. Amazing customer service at Hilton hotels as always. The staff truly is always ready to help. The hotel is huge, so it’s easy to get lost, but there is always staff around to help you get around. Great beach, amazing pools. Only negative for us was the lack of restaurants around the hotels. Know that if you book a room here, the only decent restaurants will be at the hotel. Breakfast buffet is recommended. If you are traveling for a good hotel with a private beach on the Dead Sea, kind and helpful staff, and don’t mind spending the whole duration of your stay at the hotel property, then this will be perfect for you. Thank you for an amazing stay!

This is not Hilton!
It saddens me that I need to write a poor review for a hotel in Jordan, because all our stays have been exceptionally good, except this one. However I think it is important to get the message out. Room & hygiene: Room was not properly prepared for our arrival. We had a booking for 3 persons. We got towels and basic commodities for 2 persons. The extra bed we requested 2 months ahead was not ready. And once we got it, well look at the pictures. The room was generally dirty. Also some exotic bugs and mosquitos was located in the room. The toiled bidet was rusty and not safe for use. See picture. Mind you this is A Hilton hotel - 5 stars.

Super Dead Sea experie
Takk for eit supert opphold på Hilton Dead Sea resort. Enkel innsjekking, hyggelig og imøtekommende betjening og flotte rom med havutsikt. God mat på hotellet og kort veg til Samarah mall for fleire restauranter og suvenirer. Bading i Dødehavet og mud-behandling var ein opplevelse.

Lovely stay at this resort. Relaxing and fun. Connected to the Dead Sea, live entertainment in the evening and wonderful staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with a wonderful view of the Dead Sea and resort. The breakfast is excellent in this hotel ! Everything is delicious. Would come again.

Purtroppo il Mar Mirto si sta prosciugando il mare risulta lontano dalle strutture a causa della costante diminuzione di profondità (- 1.20 mt all’anno), quindi quello che residua della spiaggia è lontano, raggiungibile con 3 ascensori 3 la zona mare non risulta un granché. Ero stato da queste parti quasi 20 anni fa e purtroppo la zona è quasi irriconoscibile, il soggiorno a mio parere non vale più la pena

Clean rooms, everything worked. Pools were nice, the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner buffet were good. Walking around the property on the outside, there were areas that could use maintenance. There were uneven sidewalks and unlevel ground- I actually tripped out by the kid’s pool. It was a decent stay. The neighborhood around the hotel was terrible. Trash is thrown all over the streets, I saw multiple people just throwing trash out of their car windows. Lots and lots of trash ruining the beautiful scenery.

We had a lovely stay, we never left the hotel the whole 3 nights we stayed there. It is comfortable and everything you needed for that part of Jordan could be found in the hotel. The breakfast and dinner buffet were great and the staff couldn’t be any more helpful. Everything was great.

Great clean resort with easy access to Dead sea to experience the sea and mud. Only suggestion would be to provide more free water as we experienced in other resorts. I was later told the one bottle of water is complementary, but label was not clear on that.

Excellent and very professional staffs, we felt welcomed and have been taken care of from every staff on the facility. The 1312 restaurant is fantastic and we even tried the Shisha. Dead sea is very unique and definitely worth going again.
