«Really loved our stay here, perfectly appointed, very clean and in perfect condition with everything that we needed. Bed was very comfortable and it was super quiet most of the time. Loved being able to bring the dog along. Having the fence around the place was great so he could potter around. Communication was a bit difficult as the sites block links so we never saw the actual house rules, but that was pretty minor. «We loved how quiet this property was. It is beautifully kept, comfortable and very peaceful. The hosts were lovely and kindly sent back a pair of shoes that we’d left behind. The house is very comfy, homely, and beautifully decorated. There are lots of options to eat out and Woombye is a lovely quaint town with everything you need to enjoy your stay. I would highly recommend this property.»

«What I like the most was how welcoming the couple were. They even wanted us to stay longer for free. Not everything is about money but having happy guests. «We needed a dog-friendly home for a weekend away in the area to attend a party. Cottonwood Cottage is very sweet, with fantastic retro styling and a lovely garden. I was a bit taken aback on check in as it was not evident when booking that the cottage is actually a separate dwelling inside the bounds of the owner’s house. «Of all the places I stayed in NZ and Australia this was my favourite and I just wish we could have stayed longer. It is top of my list of places to come back and stay again. I absolutely loved it. The grounds are spectacular. The serenity was very welcome after some busy days. Loved the lake at sunset and sunrise. Great to be close to Noosa and Coolum but away from the hustle and whole “scene” but close enough to go in for beach time, dinner or hiking. This place was perfection!! »

«We had a wonderful stay. The cottage is so very beautiful. My only note to the hosts would be to be a little clearer to guests that the kitchen doesn't have an oven, just the cooktop. (It was clear there was no microwave, but we were a little surprised there was no oven either). But we had a good adventure using the wood-fired pizza oven instead. Other than that tiny suggestion, we had a very lovely time.»

«Upon arrival, the cottage was presented as per the photos. The beds are super comfy, the cottage was very clean with lots of books and games to keep you entertained. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that was a bit annoying is the property is located on a main street and the front bedroom can be a bit noisy. This may not be an issue if you are staying during the weekend, however, during the week the traffic noise can be disruptive to sleep. Recommend earplugs if you're a light sleeper.»

«Kjempefint og barnevennlig sted. Meget høy standard og flott leilighet! Vi booket bord i restauranten men forsvant ut igjen før vi hadde bestilt pga ekstremt høyt støynivå. Vi fikk god service i cafeen ved siden av og de var oppriktig lei seg for dette. Med barn på 9 og 11 er de snart for store til å nyte dette stedet fullt ut, neste gang vil vi søke noe roligere. Anbefales virkelig for de med mindre barn. »

«Took our three young children here for a holiday and enjoyed the fantastic location by the beach! Outdoor swimming pool was also nice. Our apartment on the 8th floor had a great view but was in need of an upgrade. Cleaning of the room before we arrived had been a bit slack with a broken lamp and old sock left behind.
