The staff was great. Super cheap so shouldn’t expect too much from the stay. Not the cleanest place, but not terrible. Location is decent. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, but the staff was great.

Mngt employee very nice. Cleaners don't know their jobs - overall needs a thorough scrub. Towel racks in two rms UNSAFE. One fell on me. TV remotes don't work properly. Carpet hadn't been vacuumed in what looked like years. No blanket on our king bed!

We conduct regular inspections and have not found any evidence of the issues you mentioned.Bedbugs: The presence of bedbugs is taken extremely seriously, and our rooms undergo regular inspections and treatments to prevent any infestations. We have a rigorous pest control program in place, with the local pest control company servicing our rooms monthly. Additionally, we recently underwent an inspection by the health department of Portage County in March, which confirmed our pest-free status and recognized us as one of the cleanest hotels in the area.Front Desk Service: We appreciate your understanding regarding our front desk staff. While they may not be stationed at the desk 24/7, they are always within close proximity and available to assist guests with any need. Our team is trained to prioritize guest service and ensure that assistance is provided promptly, usually within a minute of being called.Breakfast: We appreciate your clarification regarding breakfast. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding, as we do not advertise breakfast service on any online platforms. The room was clean and spacious and recently renovated, no carpets! The beds were comfortable. The heating was not noisy and it good condition. Bathroom was clean. The hallway carpets were old and looked like they needed a cleaning or better yet replacement. This property is well located and had the essentials for a comfortable sleeping place. The checkin was quick and good. Staff were friendly.

The staff was great and it was so was the cleanliness. The location was so inconvenient right off of the highway and I had to pay the toll twice just to find it. The hotel didn’t smell great but the room was so nice. I would def recommend if you’re looking for a great deal!

No coffee pot in room. Told him I had a disability and still puts me on second floor only steps no elevator. No breakfast , coffee they had downstairs cold. Tub was Sauna tub. My first impressions of the inside of the hotel was the smell which was a clean and refreshing scent. The hotel receptionist did not have a welcoming personality but another lady who appeared from the back seemed to be very pleasant and had a welcoming smile. We was very pleased with our room bed slept comfortably the only issue with the bedding it did not have a comforter; however after speaking with a staff member they did provide additional bedding. The bathroom was a nice size equipped with a jacuzzi tub; only issue with the bathroom the tub filled up with water when taking a shower. The hotel is currently doing some upgrades which I know will be some great improvements. Overall, this is a nice place to stay the price was very affordable there were plenty of restaurants in close proximity. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

I booked a 3 night stay at this property. Young woman at check-in was not very helpful in suggesting some places that we could walk to for dinner. Said she was not from the area. Assuming she passes by the restaurants we could walk to on her way to and from work. Other staff more helpful with dining recommendations. Room was clean and comfortable. However, the walls were not well insulated as you could hear conversations in the next room well into the early morning hours. Coffee was available in the lobby in the morning, along with plates and utensils for food you might bring into the hotel
