«Mark Studio Apartments are run by Cardiff Executive Apartments. There is no reception area. You call them on arrival and they text you details. We received alternative accomodation details in Jesmond which was off putting. We called back and not understanding why the change, we insisted on our original booking which they reluctantly gave us. «I really like the vibe at Arts Factory Lodge! It is a beautiful, cozy, friendly and artsy place with a lot of young backpackers. It can get a bit loud at times but there is loads of space and a big kitchen fitting many chefs at one go. Also loved the morning yoga! The dorms only have one ceiling light, no individual lamps or power sockets and the wifi isn’t very good in the rooms. But all in all it was a good stay!»

«The property was surprisingly appealing, the photos didn’t do much justice. The outside bath and shower so tranquil, the Balinese deco stone paths stunning. Would definitely be back. Only issue experienced was loud music on the street not sure if it was house party or bar, so did break the peace but not the fault of the property, the cabin above dragonfly cabin could look down on you bathing but we didn’t experience privacy being affected. »
