«Property was great. Loved the heated floor. There is a coffee maker not a keurig— would bring items for coffee if it’s a must. Could hear some noise from the pub next door but it did not last past 9pm. Clean and located such that you could walk right to the Main Street.»

«Loved the details in this smaller but totally functional property. Host was attentive and helpful and the the room was just off the Main Street in Cape Charles. We lived it. The heated bathroom floor was a sweet bonus!»

«Fun location - fully working marian lots to watch from the expansive deck - super cool for a couple small kitchen and deck made it fun just to hang out in room - spent a weekend there and everything was within a close walk/cart ride - Smitty was more that accommodating and very responsive»

«This was our loveliest stay in Chincoteague yet! Went with a bigger group this year and this property was perfect. Everything was super clean, decorated beautifully, etc...We had everything we needed. The renter was amazingly kind and communicative, even gave us an amazing tip for taking in the sunset. «The apartment/condo was nice as pictured. It did have sufficient basic kitchen ware for preparing & eating meals. But if you have an item you like to use I would suggest bringing it with you (I.e.spatula, tumbler cup). The bed was comfortable & the neighborhood quiet. So it was easy to relax.»

«My husband and I stayed here for the night to break up our long trip to Avon from NJ. It was a great location and the hosts were very accommodating! It was close to the Wright Brothers Museum, which is definitely worth visiting. It was a beautiful neighborhood, and their dock was very peaceful at night to hang out with a cocktail. 🤗»
