Bra hotell litt unna sentrum
Mulighet for god avkjøling av rommet. God frokost med kaffealternativer. Behagelig seng og bra dusj. Litt langt å gå til sentrum, men kort kjøretur.

Oppholdet var veldig bra. Barnebarna stor koste seg. Betjeningen var blide og hjelpsomme. Utvalget til frokosten kunne vært bedre. Mye søtt.

Flott hotell for en billig penge
Billig hotell, bra standard. God service av personalet, rommene er romslige og god renslighet. Ligger litt utenfor sentrum, men tar bare fem min med bil til sentrum. Koslig by, Wallace Monumentet og Stirling Castle er å anbefale. Spisesteder ved siden av hotellet bør unngås.

It was easy to get to, and no real problems booking in,but wasn't impressed couldn't get a vat receipt, the restaurant next door was excellent, fantastic staff and brilliant food.

Nice hotel with decent facilities. Air con unit was faulty but dealt with efficiently and offered complimentary drink/food. Rachael on reception is a credit to holiday inn and was amazing (even went to effort of printing some word searches for the kids).

Holiday Inn Express Stirling was perfect! Location was great; easy in and out and onto main roads. The staff was AMAZING; so helpful and courteous! Would definitely recommend them to anyone traveling to Stirling!

This Hotel is ideal for those coming to Stirling and wishing to see Stirling Castle and The Wallace Monument,both within a short distance of the hotel . The hotel its self is kept very clean , the staff are very friendly. And you get very reasonable rates for staying there . It’s well worth a visit.

Totally fine. Would happily stay here again. Didn't like the pillows, would prefer to have had a choice or known if it was available. I didn't ask though. Staff were nice. Far better than the other motel chain. I'm a convert.

Enjoy our stay at Holiday Inn Express, Stirling. Staff friendly and helpful. Twin rooms could do with a bit more space between beds. Buffet breakfast good.

The front front desk receptionist was rude . I booked through third party and he wouldn’t give me the correct phone number to cancel my reservation and get a reimbursement through Expedia . For a hotel I never stayed at. I would not like to stay there ever.

Bra hotell, men frukostlogistiken kan förbättras.
För priset ett utmärkt hotell. Hade önskat att man fick ta en bricka vid frukostbuffén. Det blev lite ineffektivt och köbildning när folk fick springa så mycket fram och tillbaka för att få allt dom ville ha. Tyckte även synd om dom 2 som fick springa fram och tillbaka med tunga diskbrickor när vi själva hade kunnat ställa vår egen bricka i en brickvagn som personalen kunnat rulla in till disken och spara ryggarna. Det enda egentligen negativa jag har om rummet var att när dom hade städat efter föregående gäster hade dom glömt tömma papperskorgen i badrummet och där låg ett stort inkontinensskydd (nästan vuxenblöja i storlek) vilket var mindre trevligt. Skulle ändå rekommendera detta hotell till andra!

Friendly, helpful staff. Easy access. Lighting was a little lacking in the room. Otherwise this was an easy stay in a quiet, secure, clean and comfortable hotel.

Great family break
Perfect for what we needed! Beds were a bit uncomfy but not too horrendous and we all got a good night's sleep! Lovely staff - especially Kate in the morning who serenaded another guest with Happy Birthday and was so cheerful and helpful to everyone. Would definitely recommend and we will stay again. (but maybe 2 rooms next time!)

Laundry truck arrived outside my window at 6-15 am with lots of metal cages being rumbled over the path. Room was clean but cold - heating on the maximum setting for hours to get it warm. Far too noisy to keep the unit on during the night.
