I stay here a couple times a year and never have a problem but this time the chair in our room was full of animal hair and that just grosses me out.

I apologize that you were not made aware of our cleaning policy. We currently clean the "stay-over" rooms every third day.Our maintenance team will address the issues you raised about the bathroom.

Stayed two times was very good place to stay. Beds are comfortable sheets were soft and made you get a good nights sleep, but my second stay within that week I got a room that wasn’t so nice the lock was broke in you can tell that the room was abused for a few times before.

I have consistently stayed at this property a minimum of (6) days per month since 2023. The property WAS always clean, quiet, & smelled nice. I’m not sure if there was a change in staff the start of 2024, but the lobby smells like the sewer, (3) times I was checked into rooms that had not been cleaned at all, have issues weekly, with key cards not working, & rates have increased. I will no longer stay at this property.

Initial assigned room was dirty. Dusty coffe pot and ice bucket. Something dripping on walls. Zack (spelling?) Was super helpful and friendly in helping us navigate this. He is the best.

I was a little bit frustrated that breakfast started at 630 and by 730am my two kids and I came down to find everything all gone. Sure we could have grabbed a yogurt but literally that was it. So we loaded up to continue on our road trip and got breakfast on the road.

We were placed in a dirty room, then we were told that room was closed for maintenance. We moved to a second room. The floors were dirty, the room smelled, toilet didn’t flush an refrigerator broken. Moved to a third room and had to have the TV fixed.

A clean and descent hotel
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Restaurants are nearby and breakfast was hot and above average. Cable selection was great. The fitness equipment was good but only had one elliptical and I believe one treadmill. The only complaint was a minor nuisance, the fitness center tv remote was missing but they did grant me an extra hour for check out.

Good place to stay
Stayed one night. Passing through the area. One thing I noticed and this is a general thing I see with some hotels is the breakfast items always have oatmeal but not just plain oatmeal. I wish that hotels would have is plain oatmeal so I can add sugar if I want or just eat it plain. That'd be my suggestion to not just this hotel
