Hi Cody. It is inexcusable if that was the case while you were checking in and getting settled. I am very sorry this was your experience. Leaside Manor is known for being a quiet and relaxing place to stay, and loudness and swearing is not tolerated from the staff or from our guests. In the future, please let us or wherever you are staying know if there is anything wrong, so we can have the opportunity to address the issue and make things right.

we are very sorry you experienced this at our property. We have hired some new housekeepers for the Christmas Season. Our staff is very mindful of the cleanliness of our rooms.
