«We were checking in late so called them and they gave us nice instructions, everything. Was great. We booked 2 rooms and they gave us adjoining so we could open the door and hang out as a family. Even though we were late, we were greeted by the host and given recommendations for dinner. Very nice and clean place, great comfortable beds. »

«Stay was great. Nice quiet area, yet close to some great restaurants and coffee shop. Was happy to have lights pop on when we arrive to walk up stairs in the dark. Felt like home. Only negative for us was the bed was too firm for us. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The washer and dryer are also in the basement, so anyone who has a problem climbing stairs may want to rethink this property. Price for the stay was right on par for what we got. Internet was good, lots of good movies to chose ...

«Very much needed relaxing weekend away. Location was great, right on the water and within walking distance of food/bar/gas station. Even a walking, running, bike path right by. Great space in which we were able to cook, watch TV, sleep in and have coffee on the porch. Would definitely stay again.»

«We stayed for three nights at Ryan's condo. It was clean and comfortable. The location is within walking distance to some great restaurants. We enjoyed Textile, Millwork Gelato, and Fuse. Just an fyi-there is a bit of a walk down the hallway to the condo. And yes, there is a train right by the windows, but we made friends with it and thought it was pretty cool.»

It was a thoughtful setup The location was also perfect. Four blocks from the heart of Cedar Falls, easy access to everything we needed. I'd stay here again the next time I'm in the area.»

«Josh was a great host and easy to reach. The place is just as described. Easy to access, convenient with what we needed. Josh even stocked a few snacks. Which was thoughtful. My only wish was for an AC unit in the living room, as it is a bit warm being on the second floor, but he did have a fan. Which did help. Thanks for opening up your home to us.»

We stayed when it was very warm for this time of year and the upstairs window air conditioner was a life (sleep) saver! Don't hesitate to book this property.»
